Staybridge Suites North Jacksonville, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was amazing! The room was separated into two part the living room and the bedroom and it was amazing too! The pool was pretty good. I liked the basketball court too! It’s also close to the center of Jacksonville!

The elevator was pretty slow. The pool was a bit dirty. The basketball court was a bit small. And that it!

Spent 4 nights to visit our Marine and new Grandson. Staff was fabulous from the front desk, housekeeping and chef and so accommodating! They even aerved 3 dinners Mon.-Wed, and breakfast everyday. We made fast friends with them. When we left they said their goodbyes to us by name. We would definately recommend and will stay again.

There are only positives to our stay in Jacksonville at this hotel. Plenty of parking; excellent front desk experience; the family room we stayed in was beyond belief. Even with COVID19 restrictions the free morning breakfast was well stocked with a very nice variety of foods. For the one day we stayed I was able to talk with staff and guests. The breakfast hostesses, Heather and Elizabeth, made sure we had everything we needed. The man in charge of, I believe, maintenance talked with me for several minutes and he was a delight to converse with. Your staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and they absolutely accomplished that. All were great representatives of your organization. We are so overwhelmed by our stay that we will look for Staybridge Suites when we travel again. 6 stars or more on a scale of 1 to 5.

Absolutely nothing!!!

This place is my home away from home! I have been coming here for the past few years and it’s been the greatest experience ever. They serve a full breakfast EVERY MORNING… they have everything. They serve dinner Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday FREE. There’s also social hours on those days as well. it’s wonderful!

I have yet to find something I don’t like, yet!!!

Love the location nestled back like a tropical resort and how the staff interacts with guest. I've stayed at several Staybridge in other areas/states this one is the BEST by far

Breakfast had many options ranging from cereal & danish to hot dishes like eggs & bacon aling w an array of yogurt, bagels, fruits & juice. During the week they also served free dinner & drinks. The outdoor firepit was lit & welcoming. The room was very clean w comfy pillows & white comforters. Most of all, we were impressed w how nice, friendly & accommodating the staff is. The only issue we had was upstairs guests who were not thoughtful of the noise they made later at night. At one point it sounded like they knocked their frig over at 11:30pm. However, that was not the hotel’s fault & we just dealt w it

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We had friends that stayed at a nearby hotel that was a similar price and between the two hotels, this one definitely stood out as being better; in nearly every way.

Breakfast bacon could have been cooked a little better..... could have had an indoor swimming pool. Both those are just being super extra on my part though, because overall we loved this hotel:)

The staff were very nice, friendly & helpful! The room had a great set up. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Each bedroom had its own bath. The living room/kitchen area separated the bedrooms. The kitchen had coffee, creamer packets, tea, sugar, utensils, dishes & pans. The location was wonderful. Approx 10min drive to Marine base, lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel. We found beds comfy, tvs in both rooms and the LR. Very clean!

Maybe some small updates but it doesn’t really mayter because the room & rate offered is wonderful & clean

They didn’t charge the linens everyday though they fixed the bed 🛌 on our request, towels were very HARD I mean if they change to new soft one would be great! Guy in kitchen/breakfast area was very loud very loudly talking in the night seme like screaming when ppl sleeping n very rude at the time of breakfast he needs to chill

The space, furnishing and kitchen were great. I saved money bgetting my own groceries. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. Housekeeping very thorough. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice hanging out in beautiful weather at the pool area with covered dining table and fire pit.

The queen bed wasn't that comfortable since I'm used to an adjustable bed at home. The towels were scratchy yet very fresh. The pillows were too big and too firm. Bring your own!
