clean and comfortable

$100 fee for potential damages that I still don’t have back yet and I left 24 hours ago. without damages.

believe it or not, privacy. absolutely no one bothered me and it’s next to everything so if I didn’t walk it was a short drive. Had a lot of space in my room and that is important as I don’t like to feel squished in an over decorated room. Basic stay, basic room, friendly staff, fair price

it’s Jacksonville, drunk marines are unavoidable but this one was entertaining and didn’t keep me from sleeping like a rock. Parking was quite challenging as you have only a car length to work with but that won’t keep me from coming back

First impression, very clean lobby. Even smelled fresh & it was uncluttered, bright & open. Clerk made eye contact immediately, greeted me & did not seem as though she was just a robot reading a script. No problem at all with locating my online confirmation & she was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Prior to checking in with Motel 6, I stayed at Sunset Inn only a few miles down the street. I couldn't even rest and spent my night in tears at Sunset Inn. Motel 6 was just what I needed, slept safe and slept great!

The only negative, which is in the process of repair, is the pool was closed. This is only due to proper upkeep as the pool is currently being repaired & updated. That is really a positive after all!

I loved the size it made me feel like I was at home

How small tight the space was while going on the toilet the toilets should be bigger and include clear shower liners in each bathroom so the water doesn't run out the shower

The gentleman in the front was super nice. The beds were firm and comfortable. sounds crazy I know but I would definitely stay here again.

the entrance is a lil confusing but they had two and is probably google maps fault anyway. just a lil weird maneuvering with high traffic.

Very affordable. Looked clean. Has been updated & bathroom looked good. I always check beds for bed bugs & sheets were good, pillows were good. No carpet or box springs which is a plus. Mattress lays on a platform which is good in this day & time of having to worry about bedbugs.

Can smell people smoking weed or cigarettes in the room from other rooms. It probably comes in from the vents. If you are not used to quiet & hearing people talking as they go by your room, bring something such as a fan or sleep machine. There is no TV guide on the tv or anywhere that we saw. So you just have to go through the channels.

It was very accommodating and friendly people

The beds really need to be deep cleaned probably after every three to four people and wish there were better mattresses uncomfortable wish shower had more power

The air in room 255 didn't work that well. Room stayed warm the whole trip. But I always carry my fan with me so it was ok.

Professional staff Cleanliness (other than the roaches) Pet friendly (No extra fee)

When we first arrived the staff was very professional. We had a few issues with the room. The A/C didn't work and there were roaches. They immediately switched our room as soon as we requested it. The A/C in the other room was working perfectly. However they did still had roaches. The comforter had cigarettes burn as well. Other than that everything was OK

Room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was ok...kind of on the small side, but it worked. And the bed overall was comfort, only by the 3rd day in my back wasn't dealing so well, but I also have back issues.

Neighbors were noisy. Parking was a little congested, and there was a trashcan right in front of our room that was used FREQUENTLY.
