The staff was great and helpful place was clean.

Pool was down and got the run around about nobody knew when it would be back up until one staff member gave me a direct answer. I wasn't able to use the pool at all during my stay. No indoor pool or hot tub. Come on, a hot tub is a must with your guest, especially when you have a great hotel.

The breakfast was very good! There were many choices. The coffee was excellent. The attendant was very polite and she maintained a steady supply of food.

The only thing that I can think of that could’ve been better was a few more choices on the hot food. The only choice of meat was bacon. I also enjoy eating sausage. I love biscuits and gravy.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. it was renovated and shower/tub was excellent with good drainage. Quiche for breakfast and great coffee; there were lots more, too.

There was a lot of construction still going on and the elevator was the only thing that needed upgrading. The bathroom sink was clogged which they came to clear, but was short lived. Main thing is the shower/tub was excellent!

Breakfast was not available until 6:30 AM. And the 24 hour coffee was Luke warm at 6:00AM. Not changed until 6:30.

Breakfast was very good for what they were able to in a pandemic. They had a good system for trading in dirty towels for clean ones since housekeepers weren't going into rooms, as well as having trash cans available for emptying the ones in the room.

I do hope the building behind the hotel is finished soon to give a better view out the rooms facing the out the back side of the building and not just a view of a partly done construction site. Very nice overall though!

Loved the continental breakfast, the pool and fitness center.

Wished the Breakfast would be until 10am everyday and not just the weekend.

We like that It was off the main road but you could see the main road. So it was quite hotel. There was easy access to everything like McDonald’s was right in front of the hotel and there was other food places, Star Bucks, and shopping store close by. The room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed from Thursday-Sunday and the AC was not that great in our room. We didn’t say anything to the staff about it because we were very tried every night we came back to the hotel. We were there for friends wedding and we were helping with setting up the wedding so we were very busy every day and tried by the time we came back. Then Friday morning we went to get breakfast because breakfast came with our room and they were out of eggs but they had other stuff like grab and go stuff. So we just left and went somewhere to get breakfast. We didn’t even try the other mornings to see what they had for breakfast. We just left and went and got breakfast when we were on the way to our friends house.

We recently had to book this last minute for a family emergency overnight. During the worst time of our lives the staff was very helpful and compassionate. They bent over backwards to help us with private meetings, and did all they could to accommodate other family that came into town. They were exceptional people and I will never forget there kindness.

Heidi who took care of the breakfast exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond.
