Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville

Location is perfect! Right off a main strip so it was surrounded by several restaurant options! The room was a great size and VERY clean! Shower was awesome, water pressure was perfect! Also had large bottles of bath wash, shampoo and conditioner conveniently installed on the shower wall. Gym was a good size…5-6 people could work out comfortably at the same time, with two treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, and a few other machines. Yoga mats, water, disposable ear buds, towels also provided!

Unfortunately, breakfast isn’t free, but the Bistro in the hotel had some good options for all meals…and it also offers Starbucks coffee, regular and espresso-based drinks!

We loved everything about the hotel. After a 10 hour workday we were able to get a hotel check in quickly and move into the room, So that we could rest. On arrival, the room was ready to go, extremely clean, the air conditioned was at the right temperature. The bathroom was extremely clean as well. Everything was very excellent.

I cannot come up with anything in regards to anything with disliked.

Nothing that I did not like, however, there was a party happening that had loud music. The party ended at a reasonable hour, however, I wish we would have been informed of the party when we called to make a reservstion. We traveled from far and were wishing to go to bed early. Not enough to be angry but a little disappointed.

It was the perfect location, the amenities were AMAZING, the staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations. I was there be my son is in the Marines. I traveled alone for the first and I was already stressed. Staying here eliminated ALL STRESS. I’m definitely coming back!!!

I have no complaints.

The hotel exceeded expectations, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We traveled from California to North Carolina and unfortunately, we stayed at two locations which lacked any ability to provide a decent service to our family. The Marriot was a blessing and a much needed relief for our family. Honestly, there is not one thing I can say bad about this hotel. Thanks again. 5-Star Hotel!

The overall appearance of the building and inside is pretty nice.

I found it odd that the size of the courtyard could have housed a bigger pool, but it doesn't. It makes it difficult when two or three families are in the pool. We planned on swimming but I was not going to be cramped up.

The room was very clean.

Two things: I paid with a credit card in advance - but upon arrival no King rooms were available? They upgraded to the larger guest room but it had two queen beds. I reserved -- i thought -- a king bed. I understand the whole COVID thing - But I didn't appreciate trekking down to the desk to get my day 2 towels. For the price we're paying - Continental Breakfast would have been expected but none available.

Great beds, super comfortable. AC controlled by a wall mounted thermostat was a nice touch. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. I'm a smoker and I really liked the multiple smoking locations around the property.

A couple towels had black smudge marks on them rendering them useless. One of the plastic cups in the bathroom wasn't clean and the plastic wrapping was already open.

The room was beautiful, as well as the hotel lobby. The bed was comfortable and the sofa and ottoman were nice touches. Staff was friendly. Excellent experience!!

Everything was great. The price was a tad more than I thought necessary for a Monday stay but it was right after the holidays. Overall, it was worth it.

This place was awesome. The room was over the top beautiful and HUGE. Clean, smelled nice and clean, comfy pillows snd mattress. The staff were amazing, we arrived early, snd tired from very little sleep and we were checked in early. Super nice people, friendly and kind.

There was a wedding and some of the guests were more than a little intoxicated and rowdy, but harmless.
