Hilton Garden Inn Lynchburg

The location, just off a main highway & with an elevated situation was good. It was nice & bright and sunny as a result of the location & design of the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was narrow & badly designed, the bathroom created a corridor effect between one half and the other. The breakfast was very limited, there was very limited shared facilities, places to sit, etc. It felt expensive for what it was.

The food is tasty. The staff is helpful. The pool was fun. The workout room is great. The washer and dryer is a GOD send. The heating and cooling system was perfect. The location from Liberty U was very good. Parking was great because I could see my car every night. I have absolutely no complaints. I'll be back here to deposit an absolutely wonderful princess at Liberty U soon.

They are not regularly cleaning rooms due to covid. If you ask the front desk to have housekeeping take care of something, they put you off. Also, lack of daily cleaning seems to have taken a toll. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Dusty etc. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and great location.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location on the beach, pool and hot tub so nice!

The coffee is terrible. they offer a great concept with fresh ground beans. the water tastes terrible too maybe all they need is a good filter?

The pool area chlorine smell was so strong could barely walk or sit in there. Kids were disappointment they could swim but the smell was burning out eyes and lungs just walking in there

The beds were comfortable. Loved the location as it's very close to LU campus! Staff was very friendly and courteous!

My only complaints were that breakfast was only served until 9AM and we didn't eat there so we had to go out for breakfast and the internet/cable TV service was spotty and the TV kept cutting out, freezing quite frequently so we couldn't even watch TV.

We should have had breakfast compted, with points, but didn't receive it. and the facilities, weight room, ect should be open. along with the common areas.

Items on the door. Stains on the door. Look at it. I will forward photos upon request. The first impression is everything. It upset my wife. please consider comping our stay and have the chance to do it all over again. Elston Hooper.

We did like that the room was very clean.

One of the lights at the left in the bathroom by the sink didn't work, it came on a few times and I did tell the person at the front desk know, it was not fixed. We stayed four days and had to ask for coffee cups, shampoo and soap and change of towels one time. That could be because of the corona, but felt that paying almost $800.00 was not worth the money. That does not mean we would not stay with you next time we come. The location was perfect,

Property look really nice and well taken care of. Stay not friendly at all. Breakfast was too order only cost $8.99 for bacon and eggs. Hot tub not available under renovations. Pool closed under reservations. Rooms we small. Queen Size bed were more like full very uncomfortable.

That pool and jacuzzi available. Breakfast very disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean.

My only complaint was they didn't have ice around the juices and other cold Breakfast items so they were warm.
