SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lynchburg Airport/University Area

It was a great weekend stay!! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly! They didn't have milk in their market and I was lazy to go to the store to buy some but the guest service person gave us a milk carton from the breakfast bar (that wasn't open). They were pleasant every time we walk past the lobby. Breakfast was great too!! There was plenty of room in the suite too!! I love that they have a mini kitchenette (minus a stove). It was close to the shopping centers too!! Great area! There's a Chili's restaurant next door - like 20 steps!!

Water pressure in the bathroom!! We also weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room.

They allowed me to check in early which was so extremely helpful. I had a death in the family so I went down to see my daughter at liberty but I need to get some work done while she was in class. I was so appreciative of that. The hotel is so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hot chocolate was amazing!

The price for a dog is high, but I do appreciate you taking a dog. I love this hotel so we will definitely be back. So convenient to my daughters dorm.

Responsiveness of morning staffers to our complaints/request

Evening clerk assigned us the room next to the gym which is never closed. We were up all night listening to the treadmill and weights being dropped in the floor. We had made reservations well in advance if our stay. We expected a better room assignment.at five in the morning, I visited the front desk in my nightgown (no shame) to request another room for the following night. She was very helpful and we were able to move that morning. The breakfast buffet is nothing to brag on....powdered eggs. No waffle machine or pancakes and no microwave in which to warm packaged muffins. Hilton and Hyatt really have Marriott beat.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the location was fantastic. Breakfast was better than anticipated. The spinach quiche was surprisingly tasty.

The hot chocolate was put away a little early, however they did give me a packet and some hot water to make some and the toppings were still out

Breakfast was fine except was difficult to get to food. Tere was a HS team there w/ about35 kids or more taking up every seat and not moving when finished Adults w/ them didn't move either. they occupied seats while on phone or reading, etc. Was not a pleasant experience! Room was smaller than I thought it would be. The Marriot TownPlace we last stayed in was 67sq ft larger. Generally a very nice stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed staying here. We brought our dog with us, and the staff was very sweet and ready with a little mini bag of goodies for our fur-baby. Everything was clean and comfy. We will definitely use book at this hotel again when needed!

The breakfast was great compare to other place we have stayed. More choices were offered at breakfast . Location was convenient to where we had to go and come back to the hotel.

The only downside was the ice vending machine on the floor were I stayed was not working so I had to get ice from one floor up..

Nice hotel, location was good and they take dogs, I travel with a small dog so it worked out good.

I could hear some outside cars noise due to being close to a busy road, but I bring ear plugs... so all was good.

the breakfast had so many options. front desk staff especially Chance was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. discounts were good. safe location

someone on our floor was smoking

The room was spacious, already cooled down (it was a really hot day) and very comfortable. I slept so well.

It's always a good sign to see all the employees smile. That means they are happy. When the employees are happy it shows through their customer service. I am here on business and this is my first time staying here. I will definitely stay here again.
