the staff on the front desk was exceptional; friendly and professional. the location couldn’t have been better.

the hotel was undergoing a massive overhaul. the rooms were a wreck. it appeared to our group like the staff might want to be able to do a better remodel, but were somehow hindered by a lack of money. the work being done was shoddy. In the bathroom where I was staying was a massive modern mirror that had built in LED lighting insufficient for lighting the bathroom, but the entire sink was dislocated from the wall. waste of resources. holes in the walls and floors were significant.

Need better pillows

Pillows and very disappointed when we went down the next morning for breakfast and only coffee and little bit of juice at 730a. Sad the receptionist told us when we checked in it would be continental breakfast and then there is nothing 😡

The gentleman thay checked us in was so polite and friendly. He was excellent.

When housekeeping was coming around about 10 am we were still asleep when she knocked, we woke up when she was trying to come in the door thankfully we had the lock on but it woke us up for the day. It was our Anniversary weekend away from our kids, she could have EASILY walked in on something else. They need a do not disturb sign you can hang on the door

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast variety was great. Aaron was superb at accommodating all our needs especially helping to get our TV to work properly.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The carpets were very dirty. Rooms that were supposed to be non-smoking were obviously smoked in. There was evidence of burns on the carpet & bed spreads.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat.

The room smelled clean but man that air freshener was stifling! I’m allergic to strong chemical smells and that air freshener was too much for that room. I hid it in the little cabinet there. Lol I also didn’t like that the walls were like listening through paper.

The location is literally a stone’s throw from Liberty University. The staff is super helpful and attentive! The best part? CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! I was pleasantly surprised that everything looked spotless and the bedding actually smelled like it just came out of the wash 😊. Lastly, you can order from a vast array of restaurants and get delivery in no time.

The only problem was the toilet needs a shim. It totally rocked when someone sat on it.

The staff was exceptional! They went above and beyond for us after the property was overbooked by 8 rooms they let us check in early to be sure we had a room! Every time we needed to talk to the staff they were extremely helpful and a delight to talk with!

The property is older but is in good condition

The staff was kind, helpful and greeted you everytime we walked past the desk. The rooms were clean.

The only thing was the TV didn't work in our room. Heather helped us as much as she could and we were more then appreciative. Thank goodness for cell phones.

signed a waiver no smoking but room had obviously been smoked in. beer in the window seal, food in the frig, no sheet on one of the beds. complimentary breakfast was just waffles.

Room was clean and had an iron, fridge, microwave - very convenient

Being told that if I mess up the room I would pay $250 - I felt judged and disrespected
