I didn’t eat at hotel.

The fact as I was leaving out a housekeeper, was hollering at me while I was on a phone conversation, asking me was I finish with a specific room, it was 11:00 so yes I was gone. No privacy what so ever. And she was a bit distance from me. I really wish the housekeeping team just speak and keep moving. This has been a constant problem I’ve experience as I continue to stay at this hotel. The housekeeping staff is rude, don’t allow the customer no privacy, and they really don’t respect the do not disturb sign. But I love to stay at this particular hotel.

The hotel room was very clean which is my number one thing I look for when I stay in a hotel. Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious for a hotel breakfast.

The mattress was a little firmer then what my husband and I are used to which would not keep me from staying here again. Also the bathtub facet was dripping which was kind of aggravating at night when trying to sleep but nothing placing a towel under the faucet to stop the sound of the water dripping against the bath didn’t fix.

Very friendly and helpful staff! My daughter, son-in-law, 7 month old grandson and I spent a weekend here. While my daughter and son-in-law attended a wedding, I stayed behind to take care of my grandson. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I cannot recall the names of all the helpful staff, but Kelly at the front desk and Theresa in housekeeping were especially nice. It was a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was great. The part we will remember best is the friendly and courteous staff. Everyone seemed to present an aura of "welcome" we are "glad to have you with us." The suite was very accommodating and we extended our stay one more night. The next time we visit Lynchburg, this is our motel of choice.

No complaints here. Don't grow complacent.

The customer service was excellent. From the front lobby reception to the lady who cleaned my room, every person I meet was kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The hot breakfast was delicious. I loved the location, too. It was close to everything but not in the middle of all the traffic.

I have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

The location and value made this my choice again.

Hard not to notice the sticky stain in the middle of the floor when you walk in. Not a good first impression before you even put your suit case down. Made me wonder if the cleaning employee was wearing dark sunglasses or just didn’t care.

The room was very clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and I like that they had a pool. The location was excellent and it was a hot day there was lemon water in the lobby.

The pool is small and even with only one other family swimming it felt crowded as they were there when I came and stayed even when I left to go back to the room. Also the bathroom lighting was really not very good.

Blonde hair middle aged lady at the desk told me to have a seat at check in. It was 2:46 and I know that 3 is check in. There was no one else in line at the time. Then people started to filter in and there were about 5 or 6 in front of me. She checked in two of them before she called me back up. We stayed 2 nights and our room did not get service. I had to go find someone to get another toilet paper and caffeine coffee. We left about 9:30 am and returned at 4. I even told the young man that we were leaving for the day in room 337 when we left because they knocked earlier to get in.

First, I will say that the reviews on booking.com are spot on. The property was very well cleaned and organized. The staff was welcoming and very help checking you in. Our room was amazingly comfortable and the sleep was out of this world. Even checking out in the morning the front desk was very welcoming. The breakfast was more that I thought it was going to be.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The employees were very friendly, helpful and actually would carry a conversation with us! They smiled and could look us in the eye while talking to us.

During our stay our room got semi-cleaned. I know they were understaffed, however, we had to ask for clean towels and toiletries. We knew the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day but that did not happen. We are fine as far as the rooms not being vacuumed, beds changed every day, or room dusted every day...just clean towels and toiletries daily would have been acceptable. Even if they were given to us via bag hanging on the outside of the door. I personally had to see the cleaning lady and ask her to come just quick clean the bathroom and take the used towels....she told me I had to call the front desk and ask if it was ok for her to clean the room?! So I did and was told yes she could....I let her know and she did do it with no problem.
