Quality Inn Lynchburg

It's centrally located and has always been a good travel experiance for my family and I.

Just a suggestion- the rooms on the back side need to have curbs installed as this will prevent water from seeping into the rooms during heavy rains. It would be very cost effective and spare you mold and carpet damage in the long run.

The cleanliness of the room. Everything worked (lights, outlets, TV, etc.) The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. We could not hear other people.

The vending machines only took cash. Ended up having to drive to the gas station up the road since the vending machines didn't have an option to take cards.

We were bringing a student to Liberty. This hotel was close to campus, but less expensive than others. We needed a place to sleep for 1 night. For that purpose, this hotel was great.

The gravy at breakfast had an unusual taste. More options would be nice. Wish there were packets of oatmeal and more muffin options.

The night personal was great I checked in at midnight and i had a problem with my room becouse of the next room neighbors dog, the manager was more then happy to give me a different room, everything was squeaky clean , and the breakfast was awesome fresh baked biscuits made my morning

This is a budget motel. The price was low and it was pet-friendly so my expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-kept the room was. Although its an old building, there were some nice upgrades, including replacing the carpet with flooring, a wise choice for a pet-friendly hotel. they have done some nice landscaping around the parking area. Also, we arrived late and the night clerk, Maurice, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

the lighting in the bathroom could be updated, but everything worked so no real problem

Got down to check out at 9:30am and breakfast was cleaned up. Asked if I could just have a banana and was told bananas were not served. Male night desk clerk was excellent and personable. Made one feel very welcome.

Female morning desk clerk was marginal in making me glad I had stayed.

We were on a road trip for about 3 days and made many stops. At the same price as Quality Inn, the other Inn were poor. Quality Inn was clean, had great customer service, and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Close to LU.

Appeared to be an older property that was renovated. No double queens available. That would have been much more comfortable. Less than what we have come to expect from Quality Inn.

Staff were friendly. The parking lot was well lit & the bed was comfortable.

The shower/tub was not cleaned well. Also, I killed a roach that was trying to get in the trash can

The plastic on the remote. The coffee and OJ, waffles was great. The staff was smiling and so friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Might need more than one waffle maker? Had to wait in line to cook waffle. I have a bad back, cant stand too long. It was good one i got one cooked.
