We loved the location and very much value for money. Rooms are not super flashy but it is great value for money. The beds are comfortable. The room has a microwave, fridge, plates, mugs and glasses. It is so close to Miranda Westfield, which is huge, and the train directly into the City is really close. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

The only thing we could fault was the noise. We were on level 1 which was close to the gym below and we could hear people dropping weights in the gym. Honestly, it wasn't that bad, it certainly wasn't all night and I would stay there again, I would just bring earplugs.

For an overnight room the room and facilities were great. They were clean, the location for our needs were great. The added bonus of Westfield being close by was also great as we were able to pick up a few things for the night.

Seeing that we were only doing an overnight stay, I found nothing that I didn't like. If I was staying for a longer period of time, I always book accommodation that has a separate bedroom from the TV etc. as my husband goes to bed early and I stay up and watch the TV. But we booked this accommodation because of its location and value for money as I had a specialist appointment in the morning at Sutherland and it was much easier to stay overnight rather than battle the traffic from Newcastle on a Monday morning which would be very stressful.

Very near train station, buses and shopping centre. While the hotel is dated in areas and a little frayed around some edges, the room was spacious and clean and had everything and more than we expected or needed. Beds were comfy, bathroom was dated but had a really good shower and in addition to a kettle with tea & coffee there was a microwave and fridge in the room, along with plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, We could adjust the inside room temperature and the lift was okay. There was minimal noise from the gym as we were on the first floor, but it was not all the time and didn't really disturb us. Would stay again if we needed to be in Miranda.

Room size was good, everything was comfortable and clean. Location was get close to many things. Best park at the door could spend all day there relaxing and admiring the gardens.

Parking, was to tight undercover for our smaller car the first time we stayed and this time we had our van and well it was almost impossible to park it. We were lucky to find a spot in the open area and not need to use our vehicle to we left. Then we had a struggle getting it out as area was full.

Comfortable, good for a night stay. Close to Westfield for restaurants and shopping. Good to have microwave and plates cutlery provided in room.

Nobody on reception when arrived. It was around 6pm and had indicated that was the time we were arriving on original booking. Had to wait for at least 10 minutes before someone returned to reception desk. No shower cap provided, both packets in bathroom were empty.

Close to shops and restaurants at Miranda Shopping Centre. Blown away by the choice of the Kingsways restaurant precinct.

Staff had a note to change our room to three beds the day after our stay. Had to have it changed whilst in the room. Staff super friendly and willing to do it though. Parking is nightmare if you are not use to having 20cm to get out of your car.

The room and bathroom were both very clean. King size bed was great and very comfortable. The location was excellent for everything we needed

I didn’t like the big wardrobe right up against the bed head there was also what I’d say was the old type bedside tables still in the room , one in particular was in a very bad spot where you could run into it at night

Amazing location, friendly staff & clean rooms with lots of extras. We had corner room overlooking the city skyline. 12min drive to Cronulla beach and just a walk across the road to Westfields Miranda shopping. Little cafe shop down stairs & free parking.. Nice pub with great staff, fantastic food & amazing prices just one block walk away.

Two noisy women in one room woke many guests several times through the night and in the early morning. Not the fault of the staff and they acted appropriately by banning the guests from future stays. Staff apologised (not their fault) and handed complaining guests a box of chocolates each. Nice gesture. I'll be staying there again.

the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room looked to have been recently renovated. The other rooms were in a very good condition as well, they did have balconies as well.

We booked 4 rooms. 3 were on on floor and the 4th was on a different floor. It would have been nice to all of been on the same floor.
