The location was the best aspect of the property

On arrival, around 5pm, we were met by a male staff member who was very dishevelled and untidy although he did seem to know what he was doing. There was also a serious leak from the bathroom through the wall of the shower onto the carpet. It was saturated by the time we discovered it House keeping did not notice it Also they did not top up our complementary supplies. We were able to get some through reception. There was also a serious stain in the toilet bowl which was very unpleasant and the seat of the toilet would not remain up when in use. Breakfast provided at a local cafe was sufficient

Locality was perfect, Room was clean and well appointed. The young lady with dark curly hair Selena? Worked evenings total asset to your business. - Amazing customer service.

Parking - the Wilson carpark was advertised as full, kept having to drive around the block to unload, then the reception was unattended, our room which we were told would be ready for an early check in was not ready, ran late for an appointment. The phones don't work we rang countless times prior to arrival the phone rings awhile, goes silent for longer then thanks you for your call and hangs up, the 1300 number is not answered, this is not good for your business or your potential clients.

Excellent location. Room was comfy and excellent for the price. Very quiet.

There was dishwashing liquid but no tea towel or cloths. A small brush and pan would have been handy.

There was no TV reception free to air in our room so they moved us rooms but the TV reception didn’t work either so we went back to our original room. Our room never got serviced even after putting out the please make up our room. I rang reception & they stated that it would be serviced. We got home after 8pm no room service so I called reception & they provided us with fresh towels. No teabags we’re provided.

Location was excellent to the Theatre Royal and local attractions. Free wifi and digital TV channels so hubby could watch the footy later. Good to have a microwave and sink, fridge. Bathroom an great size including an ample shower which was lovely and hot with a gentle yet effective spray The Piccolo Me cafe was excellent for breakfast and I am sure would have supplied a nice lunch as well at a reasonable cost.

Housekeeping did not refresh our t bags or milk. I did ask for almond milk, but they were unable to help supply a jug of it. Also the first aid kit needs an ice pack. My husband overbalanced while walking up the stairs and ended up rolling down 4 stairs. Badly bruised but nothing broken. The reception was busy with only 1 person on , and he went to look for something, but nothing appeared. We ended up going to the room and getting ice from the level 6 area (which we were on luckily) to put into the facewasher for his head and hip.

The hotel's location is VERY close to Martin Place Station which was where we started our journey. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff were very friendly. As breakfast was included, we were given a token to a nearby Cafe where the breakfast options were quite satisfactory. Check out was, again, quick and easy and the concierge offered to mind our bags while we explored the city.

In the morning, there was no hot water for a shower so we had cold ones which was not a pleasant way to start the day. When we brought this to the attention of the reception staff, we were told that gas works up the road had interrupted their supply of hot water. Although they were apologetic, I thought there should have been some small compensation.

Room was basic but with everything necessary, great location. Shower was great. Bed was good. Having a microwave and sink in the room (in addition to the bathroom sink) was definitely appreciated.

No hand towel, pillows felt old and over used, no fresh milk. I paid for room service through the QR code yet was told on check out that I had not paid. The staff member was great though and voided the charge after I showed through my banking app that I had indeed paid. Not a good feeling though and the issue should be rectified.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming, we were staying here as a family for our sons 14th birthday to have dinner at centrepoint tower, they went above our expectations with balloons and a lovely card for him. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it, thank you to the staff. ( And No, we do not know personally know any of the staff, this is genuinely the honest truth as being self employed i know how hard it is to get good staff nevertheless amazing ones)

The fold out bed felt like sleeping on springs alone, very uncomfortable and thin

My daughter and I had single beds that were a bit firm but fine. The room was dark and quiet at night. The location is very central for Martin Place and Westfields. The staff were extremely lovely. The shower was hot with great pressure. Nice selection of tea.

Getting from the car park at night was tricky on crutches as the lift from the carpark doesn't work outside of business hours. Would prefer a TV with Chromecast or equivalent, can't stand free to air channels.

The room was a comfortable temperature after being outside in the crazy cold and rain. I was on foot so it was so nice to be able to be warm and cozy first thing as I walked in. Well lit, the room was laid out well and everything was accessible and clean. Hot shower was amazing.

Personally - more milk and sugar. Those little milk pods are convenient but even 3 wasn't enough for my coffee. But that's my personal taste and not a reflection on the hotel - they did provide more when I asked. I could've ducked downstairs to the convenience store a few doors up the street and got a small milk but I was being lazy.
