An interesting fusion of old and new in a location right next to the main train station (~15min walk from the city center). It's a historical building with a modern twist, so you get a fresh look for a decent price. The room was equipped with all the musts and even had a nice reading corner next to the window. A hairdryer was available, as well as TV.

Just to note the shower has a transparent wall, facing the bed. Also, walls do not absorb sound very well, so how loud your stay will be will depend on neighbours and cleaning staff, which start rather early. No kettle inside the room, yet there is a cafe downstairs.

Clean and comfortable. Polite and professional staff. At the doorstep of the HBF. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Having a window bench with laptop table was a bonus. Also the entrance closet is very roomy with enough hangers. The lift and the hallway are also clean and pleasant.

I was in the single room and there is a glass wall that you can see the wc and shower. Although I was alone, I might say looking right at the toilet when you are in the bed, is not very flattering.

The hotel is very conveniently located both for those arriving by car and by train. The most important means of public transport can be accessed immediately opposite the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularly good and stood out in a very positive way from the usual type of catering: a lot of homemade food, presented in an environmentally friendly way - a lot in glass containers, well portioned. On my next visit to Graz, this will definitely be my hotel address again.

I cannot find anything, that was not ok.

- pretty close to the city center - small parking for 13 euro

- no fridge in the room - the open space idea is very poorly implemented, the sink occupies a lot of space in the middle of the room, the door that separates the toilet from the shower is a foldable door that does not close completely so it becomes very inconfortable. - I would also include here the shower that is separated from the room by a glass. Sometimes you might want a little bit of privacy so this can easily get quite embarrasing.

The hotel is located at the train station. I took 20 minutes walk or ride on tram to the old town. The room is spacious. The decoration of the room is trendy. The room provides sufficient electric socket for charging up the phone, watch and accessories. They provide wide range of choice in breakfast.

When I arrived at the reception, the staff mistakenly stated that my breakfast was not included in my stay which was included in my reservation. I clarified with another staff and she arranged the breakfast for me.

Good situation, very delicious breakfast with good choices, comfortable bed, nice reception workers, acceptable price of parking slot

Interesting designer choice for the shower in some rooms - shower is completely visible from the room, you don't have any privacy at all ))) But maybe some tourists would like it instead. It is just not for us

The breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean. It’s located right next to the train station. The hotel’s warning signs all have humor, I wish I had taken a photo of the regular do not disturb sign at the room door.

I wish there were a curtain in some way to cover the window of the bathroom to the living room but at least the toilet has a wall so that it is not visible from the beds.

I like breakfast. It's very rich with a lot of meals. Very friendly staff in the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the central railway station. There are a lot of stores around the hotel. I like little notes in the room about hotel history.

The air condition in the room only makes noise when you turn it on. There is no fridge in the room. Even the small one.

The location close to the railway station, not far from the city center and close to the tram stop. I enjoyed the sauna. The room was OK, a little small, but enough, there was a small mobile table where I could work. The shower was modern a spacious. They cleaned the room daily and changed the towels.

The bed was a little hard for me. You could see that it was only partially renovated (the toilet could be changed..it looked really old).

Very nicely decorated and clean rooms, with beautiful balconies. Mini bar available. The comments said that the shower is only separated from the room by glass, but there is a curtain. The toilet is separate. The beds are extra comfortable. The parking lot is in front of the building, at the back of the hotel where there is also an entrance. The staff is very friendly
