clean. quiet. comfortable. friendly staff. clean towels and room when we returned.

1. sink was slow draining. it was the only sink the family had to share so it was inconvenient to keep cleaning it and waiting for the dirty water to drain. it gets kind of gross after brushing teeth and waiting for the gunk to go down the drain. 2. the shuttle bus to Disneyland only held 10 people. had to wait for it to come around again even though we had been waiting and some other people that arrived after we did pushed their way into the bus/van. wish there had been a bigger shuttle.

The Hyatt Regency went above and beyond the WOW of Customer Service. I talked w/Ken before arriving at the Hotel and told him of a delimma I was having with choosing my room for the second night. He gave me plenty of comfort and choices and explained what each room was about. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE Ken had worked it out with his manager that upon my arrival I would be gifted my second night stay at approximatley a $200.00 so I would not have to worry about switching rooms on the second night (which was my delimma). Awesome Surprise... I luckily got to meet Ken and thank him personally.

The facilities were nice, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the shuttle to Disneyland it was convenient. The bill services, and valet services, were prompt. We had a large amount of luggage as we had just finished up a 17 day cruise, the hotel staff took care of all of our luggage for us.

The pool area was nice, but the trash cans were overflowing, there was trash on the pool deck, and the pool water wasn’t extremely clean. Parking was extremely expensive, at $28 a day ($36 for valet), but I guess that’s what you can expect in the Disneyland area.

Staff is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is there. Great restaurant in the morning for breakfast. They also have a great bar in the lobby as well. As if that weren’t enough they also have a Starbucks in the lobby.

During our stay there was also a large dance competition happening. Couldn’t stand the rude dance moms, some were yelling terrible things at the girls. Also some of the girls who looked to be less then 10 years old, mine as well have been on stage naked with how little they were wearing. In my opinion- if you really are talented, your dancing should speak for itself. You shouldn’t have to be exploiting yourself at such a young age for a competitive sport. But hey, that’s just me. I myself have a son with special needs that requires all my time and attention, so hearing the yelling and screaming just annoyed me at no end. Also as a Christian, yeah couldn’t stand the interactions.

Loved the size of the room, clean, lots of outlets, loved the see through fridge door and clock in the mirror. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, though the bread ran out and each day was the same French toast, but it was convenient and great staff. We also had gelato every day and the staff was friendly and nice.

Good location, easy shuttle to Disney and close to the stadium. Loved having Starbucks in the lobby with mobile orders - we took advantage every day, not having to wait in the long line at the park! The room itself was nice, plenty spacious, and the elevators never felt crowded. Lobby is nice and open, front desk staff were helpful. Valet service was a nice-to-have. And housekeeping came every day.

We were in a handicap accessible room (hadn't requested) so the shower was different. The fire alarm light blinked pretty brightly all night, that was a bit distracting. There was no fan in the bathroom. Also, it seems like they recently relocated one of their bistros, we ordered food and went down to get it and couldn't find it anywhere, the signs were pointing to the wrong spot. So maybe just better signage/updated signs.

Great hotel, big and comfortable. Excellent parking. The staff is responsive. They helped us a lot, parked the car and did the eviction for us. We only spent one night here and are very sorry we didn't stay longer. The hotel is so beautiful that you want to spend more time here.

Convenient there was a Starbucks and a couple restaurants in the hotel. And the beds were comfortable and staff were extremely nice and helpful.

So the shuttle drivers were extremely nice and helpful and we really appreciate all there work and amazing attitudes. The shuttle process was a little bit overwhelming. You have to wait in line and my family got separated on the first day which was quite a bit irritating because my mom has a scooter. However they brought the next bus at the same time so that we all got to Disneyland at the same time so that was very nice of them. However that whole situation was pretty stressful to start the trip. Honestly next time we are going to stay within walking distance from Disneyland, it’s just easier in my opinion.

The food options were fantastic, great value for the buffet breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Building, room and pool were beautiful. Very convenient to have the affordable shuttle to Disney as we planned to walk, but didn’t have to!

We stayed for 5 or 6 days and didn’t receive housekeeping once (after removing the door hanger saying we didn’t need it by the second day) didn’t get new towels etc (possibly because we had the door hanger up the first and second day?). This was a SMALL inconvenience, as we knew we could go to the staff if we absolutely needed anything!

The room was perfect for traveling with family members, 4 adults and one child. The adults had their own separate bedroom and bath and there was a very large shared living room. Appreciated the shuttle to Disneyland. Very convenient, well priced and always o time. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t think of anything. Great location, room and facilities and quite a good price considering it’s location near Disneyland.
