Breakfast was good very crowded

The carpets in our room were in bad need of a shampoo. My little ones feet were getting dirty from walking around barefoot

I liked the size of the pool and the king suite .

breakfast needed more variety and more seating it was confusing with the lines and very over crowded. there weren’t enough chairs for us and we had it wait to eat til a table opened up and it was almost over. need oatmeal bar, breakfast burritos option, need more fruit options example fresh cut fruit etc. granola bars, cereal bars for on the go types too. not enough towels in room or shampoo and conditioner. there was no shampoo in our room and only two towels we had to ask for extra it

I loved the convenience of walking downtown to the San Antonio sites. The Alamo was about two or three blocks away, WOW, not to mention the River Walk and lots of souvenir shopping. There is a Dennys literally, in the hotels front yard, so convenient as Dennys is open 24 hrs. The hotel room is spacious and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was well served and the staff kept refreshing it. We are definitely choosing La Quinta again. We did pay for parking, but paying for parking in downtown San Antonio is a given. However, we parked for 24 hrs. This means we checked in at 3pm and checked out of the hotel at 1030am but left the car in the parking and enjoyed downtown one last time with our vehicle parked in a secure location.

The location was excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast waffles are great. There is lots of coffee.

There was one person at the front desk and a long line of tired guests looking for towels and others checking in or out 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Lobby, eating area and hallways were not cleaned throughout the day on a consistent basis. Elevators sometimes had water all over the floor. No towels in the pool area. 3 day Room Cleaning Policy was not explained when I checked in. Linens were not changed, even after I requested it on the 3rd day.

I like the breakfast I like the pool and Jacuzzi look very clean the water and the pool is nice and cold for those nice hot days in San Antonio

The only thing I do not like extra charge for the parking I believe they should include that in the price of the room, but it seems like all the big city hotels always do that. I don’t know why is a consumer. I hate that I’d rather them ad cost to the room a little bit more about 15 $25 more per nite. but other than that everything was good I guess this please two thumbs up.

This La Quinta location is excellent. 2 blocks from the Riverwalk & Alamo. There is a mall very close too. It is very clean! This location is heavily staffed with great people always ready to help if you need it. Parking on site is a big plus. it was well lit, and staff occasionally walked through the lot. There are the normal amenities mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, in the room. They have a great selection at breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, and fresh fruit. Big dining area to sit. I know I'm forgetting things, but this is the place to stay downtown SA!

Everything was great.

The location is great. We've come here for years, primarily because of where it is in proximity to sights, shopping, etc. We use valet parking, and the attendants are always so spot on. Quick and efficient. The hotel was especially busy, but they checked me in quickly (even a little early) despite the rush of people in town for conferences and a sporting event. While my wife and I were relaxing before dinner out, we noticed that the TV remote wasn't working. I contacted the front desk, and they sent a maintenance worker within minutes to get us going. I always enjoy a nightcap at the bar in the lobby before turning in, and the pool and hot tub is nice too. Breakfast in the morning is awesome.

Location. We stayed here because there was a concert nearby (Red Hot Chili Pepper). The location was the best part. We were able to walk to the venue. The room was fine. I expect a pretty nice room at La Quinta, and I was not disappointed..

Check in was a little slow. There were a lot of people waiting in line to check in. The did seem to have ample staff, however. There were at least 5 people working the counter. There were some men dressed as women working the front counter, and that was off-putting.

The hotel is located a short walk from the River Center Mall and the Alamo. Breakfast was good and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool that we were, unfortunately, not able to utilize due to the cold weather. This is the largest LaQuinta Inn that we've ever stayed in.

The walls in our room were very 'thin'. Every door, footstep, and voices from surrounding rooms transferred into our room. This could be problematic for light sleepers. Luckily there was so much walking to do in San Antonio that we were usually too tired to be bothered.

The hotel was new and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was nice and the location is incredible. You are a short walk to the Riverwalk and everything it has to offer.

Housekeeping only happened every 3 days. Staff was more than happy to provide extra towels each day but no one came in to pickup the old ones or make your room until the third day.
