Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, with an omlete bar. Hotel was just a small walk from the beach.

I wouldn't of had any dislikes until our last day, when an employee yelled at my kids. It ruint the whole morning for me.

The view was amazing and the staff were excellent! Also loved their new omlette station at breakfast!

Their wasn't anything I didn't like.

Rooms are small and beds are about a full size just fits 2 plpl You have to pay a toll to get into and out of orange beach $2.75 each time, would of like to have know that when booking.

My sink wouldn’t drain . I had to fix it myself ! For two handy-cap women that shouldn’t have to deal with that… Also some kind of Loud noise on the floor above us for hours ?

Complimentary Omelet Bar was what set this hotel apart from other hotels that have free breakfast. The location was perfect for family fun (gulf shores 10 mins;zoo 15 mins;Wharf shopping mall 10 mins) The room was very clean and cleaned daily during my stay. The staff really cared about my experience while I was there. They made sure I had a partial view of the beach since I was having a longer stay even though I didn't book a beach view room. I'm just saying any room you stay in you will probably have a little view of the beach since the non beach view rooms are on the side of the building, but i really felt the compassion from the front desk staff they are so great! Pool was very clean and I saw a pool maintenance man cleaning it every other day. There is beach access from the pool and the beach is incredible!

Limited pool umbrellas? ..and that is reaching.. I had a fantastic time during my stay!

From the time we arrived, we noticed a change from the last stay. My wife said no more stays from the last time. But they had a good rate on this stay, so I convinced her to give them one more chance. When we arrived, you could tell the facility had finally been upgraded. From the exterior to the inside and they were still improving. The staff member who checked us in was the best person we have ever had. Her name is Carmen, and she is awesome!!! She helped with everything we needed. If they hold on to her, it will be a major benefit. They also added an omelet slash egg station to their breakfast. Miss Tameka and Mr Tony were awesome!!! The omelets and eggs they cook will not disappoint. Tip them well. If they keep doing what they are doing now, they are going to be one of the best places in Orange Beach. Sorry for the rambling, but the location is in one of the best locations in Orange Beach! We will be back in October!

This was our second time here. It's the perfect location for walking to many restaurants and stores. Beautiful views of the ocean and the Mardi gras parade was right in front of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is usually busy, but quiet.

The lobby was always really hot. The breakfast really sucks. Waffles, microwave sandwiches and pastries every day. No changes. We had mold around the bottom of our shower and I think this hotel has the slowest elevator ever. No hot tub and the pool was cold.

Location is great. Breakfast was wonderful and kept well stocked. I don't remember the woman's name that cooked the omelets, but she was wonderful! She was friendly and patient and could WOW you with her skills and ability to cook 4 at a time and remember who they went to. She does this 7 days a week. She deserves special recognition.

Some housekeeping staff did not understand English which made communication difficult. Full beds instead of queen. Room was hard to move around in with 4 people, luggage and a walker. Wish they were a bit bigger.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The omelet station was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The only real negative is the placement of a smoking area right beside the path to the beach and right beside the shower spot on the path. Thankfully, it was only an issue a couple of times, but I do not want to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the beach or stand and breathe it in while rinsing off sand.
