This is a standard three star hotel with a five staff-uniformly friendly and helpful. One night the hotel called a taxi to take me to a restaurant a fair distance from the hotel. about a minute after I got out of the taxi I realized my phone had fallen out of my pocket. The restaurant called the hotel who said they would get in touch with the taxi company. We hadn’t finished our entrées when one of the servers came over to say that the hotel had called back and my phone was there waiting for me to return. You really don’t get service any better or more helpful than this. If I return to Annecy I would definitely stay here again .

The Frontline staff were very helpful caring and friendly. I asked for a quite room and got one at the back of the hotel. No view as such but away from the street noise. The window opened for fresh air! 10 minute walk into the old town. The restaurant provided a good meal in the evening. The hotel is quitet which is important to us.

The hotel was too warm and we. Old not cool the room down enough with the x/c. The opening window was God send! House keeping were a bit hit and miss, however it was clean on our arrival . SOME STADD just didn't replace things like tissues and tea and coffee but others did. No fridge if you require one but you get what you pay for and THIS was doos value in Anncey if you are happy to walk 10 minutes I to the lovely Old Town.

The help at the front desk was spectacular. We arrived early and they helped us stow our luggage until checkin. They also went through a map of the city and gave recommendations on what to do and see. Super helpful and friendly! The location is great too. Short walk from the train station and short walk to river path that goes down into the old town.

Our only complaint was that on the really hot day we were there that the ac was struggling to keep the room cool, but was still okay.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with the parking and ensured we had rooms beside each other.

There was a ghost in a room 402. I heard a little boy speaking to me in French around 230am in one corner. It was so clear I heard him in the dark. Then the next night my husband heard him by our closet around the same time.

Good breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find and drop off bags - all the designated drop off spots seemed to be permanently taken with people parking long term. With luck we were able to find the correct car park, which was then a bit of a hike to the hotel when carrying luggage. Position seems not to be in the best part of town. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town.Our room overlooked a parking lot, where a man spent hours over two days cleaning it, first with a leaf blower and then a power hose ! Very noisy!

Excellent location, easy to get to the old town and places of interest. Breakfast was varied and very good. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean .

Some of the staff at reception were on their phone, I thought it was unprofessional.

Good business hotel. With live music in the bar area and pretty restaurant with good menu. Close to the railway station, 2-3 minutes by walk.

Not so good, as my vision is, to families with little kids, a little bit far to the center of the city. There's no parking in the hotel, but free parking at the railway station 2-3 minutes by walk. Not the best part of the city to walk on.

The staff is fantastic, they are really helpful and kind. The location is quite good, close to the centre and the train station as well. Not too close to the town, so it is calm. You can easily walk in 5-10 minutes. Rooms are quite clean and decent.

The location was good - about 10 minutes walk from the old city and main sights, although in a very urban area, which did not entirely appeal to us as tourists. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was big and very comfortable.

The room was very small and the shower and toilet were in two separate spaces, both not too big. The hotel as a whole has a very business feel and as we travelled as tourists it didn’t entirely fit our idea of the feel we were looking for.

Great location just on the edge of Old Town of Annecy. Easy walk to all the charms of the river and lake, but with all the amenities. Parking was nearby and the ramp to the highway makes it a good home base if you are driving in the area to see other things. Lobby bar and restaurant were great.

Even by European standards, the rooms are small. Not a problem if you use it only for sleeping…but don’t expect to stretch out in your room.
