The staff are helpful and nice. We like the breakfast. The hotel is 3 minute walk from the train station, many S-line trains going by, 2 stops from the central station and 4 stops from the old town, very convenient. The blackout curtains are wonderful! Our room was facing down the road, but very little noise came in. Housekeepers clean our room everyday.

I wish there was a mini fridge. We didn't know beforehand, so we bought some ice cream and yogurt, and ate them all in one evening... Due to Covid-19, we weren't given slippers, which was slightly inconvenient, especially in the morning and the bathroom floor was cold.

Everything was clean. It was quiet in my room. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Shower was quite large especially for Europe. Temperature of the room was comfortable (it was February). Staff were friendly and the check-in was efficient. The tram station is only a minute or two by foot. This is super convenient. It took me less than 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel from the main train station. There are also enough restaurants within walking distance.

The hairdryer only turned on for a few seconds and then shut off. It is the only outlet in the bathroom. I tried using my hairdryer and the same thing happened. So the only outlet in the bathroom was not functional. I let the front desk know in the morning and they said they would send someone to look. I don't know if they did but the outlet didn't work the whole time I was there. So I had to dry and straighten my hair next to the front door using that outlet. The lighting could be better. All the lighting seems to come from above. For doing makeup, this is not ideal.

Overall can highly recommend this hotel. Very good breakfast with a lot of chioce and very good quality. Close to the train station Clean and tidy. Overall good atmosphere.

In terms of Parking, the staff was not clear where is it allowed to park on the street, and mentioned in times i is not allowed and troublesome. They mention we can use the garage for 20€ a day. Only after a full day we got a chance to ask a policeman who said there is no issue to park the car on the street as long as it is not in the taxi/drop off zone. Apart from that the room was quite small but sufficient for an express hotel. An extra chair would be a great add on.

Great location, with the public transport in 5-8 min at the Main Railway Station and the city centre also not too far (10 min) 0-24 Hours kiosk in hotel is also a good idea for weekends and late night needs. There are some groceries just round the corner. A great koncert and party scene Backstage is at the other side of the street. Breakfast was very good. Room clean and comfortable

Although that the breakfast absolutely covered our needs i missen a bit of something warm to eat on a cold winter morning. A minibar in the room would be also great to have for longer stays and especially in summer.

convenient location - easy train ride to the center; other options (buses) available too in case the trains are not running. The S trains were shut down completely on one day during our stay. easy to get back on the Highway when leaving Munich as well - if you’re driving. nice breakfast!

not sure if I was expecting too much - the tea bags and instant coffee in the room minibar were never replenished during our three-day stay. if you’re arriving by car, it might take a little bit figuring out how to get to the garage - the reception is on the 2nd floor and opens to a busy street. try to get on the street that goes under the bridge.

Great modern hotel, clean and very comfortable room. Everything I need, close to the S bahn and a few supermarkets close by. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it.

I couldnt find bacon and eggs (only boiled) at the breakfast. Staff was a bit annoyed to provide me with an invoice at check-in, for no reason. Other than that, I had a great stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful during check-in. They allowed me to check in a few hours earlier because of my business meeting. All in all, everything was good as you would expect from any other hotel.

The only points for improvement are the following: 1. the table in the hotel room was not height adjustable and caused me some neck pain during my 4 hr meeting 2. breakfast time was not indicated to me, it would have been better if that information had been given to me from early on

Our stay at Holiday Inn was amazing. The staff was nice and accomodated our special wishes regarding the location of our room. The rooms were very clean and comfy. A added bonus is the breakfast buffet, which is included in the price. The location is amazing and only a few meters away from the train station, where trains are going to the city every few minutes.

The only thing to say is the paid parking (€20 for 24hrs). But at least there is a possibility to park at all.

The main reason why I booked this hotel is its location, it was a walkdistance from a concert venue (Backstage). The breakfast and and the available room options made it a perfect chooise to me.

The bed was not the best I ever had, it was a bit too hard for my taste, not particularry bad or anything just a bit out from my confort zone.

Standard breakfast, good, but everyday the same. Location of this hotel is excellent, next to train station, but quiet. You can easily reach this hotel by train both from Airport or the City. If you need something in the neighbourhood you can find markets and restaurants, and especially if you are traveling with children, behind hotel you will find good playground.

Cleaning of the rooms should be better, especially if you stay there for more than 2-3 nights. Breakfast can be modified with additional food. No closets in the room, nor drawers. Bath tap couldn't keep constant temperature of the water during bath for some reasons.
