A wonderful hotel, with beautiful views of the Grand Canal. A good breakfast by the canal where you can enjoy the sun and watch the gondoliers get ready for the day.

We could not get an iron, as this is not allowed in Venice apparently.

First coming into the property, the boat pulled right up to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They upgraded us to a room with a view which added to the overall experience. The room was very comfortable for two people. Easy access to shops, historical locations. Overall it can be viewed as a bit pricy but worth it

There was not anything that stood out. The breakfast was wonderful but if one only wanted coffee, there should be that option versus the whole buffet.nothing else stands out.

We arrived by car and picked up a water taxi which delivered us right to the waterfront check-in location adjacent to Harry’s Bar &Grill. There can hardly be a better location. The room was large and well-appointed with high-level fixtures, details and decor. There is gondola access adjacent which does not detract from the charm and sitting outside for s cocktail includes good service with a spectacular view.

Very well appointed, clean, bright, and stylish room in a great location. However this is kind of a pricy area of S. Marco so be aware. It's probably the closest to all the luxury design houses if that is a factor for you. I found the location to be perfect for my needs and it was easy to find and basically a step away from Piazza San Marco. Check out Harry's Bar next door (the birthplace of the Bellini). Nice amenities in the bathroom, and I was impressed with the housekeeping and turndown service. Service overall was attentive, available and efficient. The restaurant makes a nice cocktail and a great cappuccino, has a pretty reasonable buffet breakfast with good options. It was 25 Euro to purchase at the time I stayed so may be worth not getting the breakfast included option and instead having them charge it to your room

The bed was a bit stiff for my taste, and I would've preferred additional pillows available in the room. I'm sure if I would've called down, though, they would have brought them. I was just too knackered to bother.

Excellent location, beautiful accommodation, breakfast on the Grand Canal was outstanding. Staff were excellent and so helpful.

The air conditioning was not functioning despite details provided on our Booking.com confirmation email. When we openned the window(s) as suggested we were bitten by (mosquitoes?). Booking.com needs to update the details to reflect this situation as a matter of urgency.

What a wonderful location to spend with your loved one. Any place in Venice can be wonderful, however when you are located on the Grand Canal, it is magical. The rooms are opulent, clean and comforting. The breakfast is sumptuous and tastey. The staff were very friendly and happy to help you with booking events to guiding you to locations. Can't wait to be here again on our next trip.

The unique position of the restaurant's terrace directly on the Grand Canal makes it the most comfortable place you want to be or dine in a lively atmosphere watching the boats and gondolas in front of Santa Maria della Salute with two of Paladios churches on the horizon. The service was as polite and friendly as you could wish for. Our room was a beauty, the Concierges very helpful . The central location made our walks through Venice a lot of fun.

We liked it all. We know that rooms in Venice Hotels are to be small,most walls are from the 16/17 century, but the comfort and decor was outstanding and beautiful. We did not like to leave after only 4 nights. Definitely a place to come back to.

Everything. superb welcome from Enrieta and Nicola at reception. Lovely Robert took us to our suite which was spotlessly clean, enormous, beautiful bathroom, huge comfy bed and extremely quiet. Terrace beautiful - bar staff, especially Paulo were wonderful and the restaurant food was superb. Perfect location right on the Grand Canal, next door to Harry’s Bar and a three minute stroll to St. Mark’s Square.

Amazing hotel. Superb choice. and excellent quality of food for breakfast and plenty of it. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The waiter on the outside terrace even managed to create a family table for us as we were a party of 7 adults. All our rooms were comfortable and clean. They bathrooms had everything you could possibly need.

A kettle in the room! As typical English people we enjoy huge amounts of tea. I'm not complaining as I know it is unusual in Europe to have this convenience which we take for granted in England.
