The location is decent. We attended a basketball game in Audi Dome, and everything was within reach of just 15 mins of walking. The rooms were clean, and the bed was average, but the sleep was decent and overall it's hard to complain about anything related to a room.

The cleaning staff kept our towels the same, as the room was still occupied during his first visit. We left 10 minutes later, and the cleaning staff saw us leave but did not bother to change towels (and clean the room as well). When I raised this issue to reception, everything seemed nice, as I was informed that we would get the towels soon. They never arrived that night (only the following morning), and an angry cleaning man decided to barrage us with complaints at 8:55 in the morning for informing his boss.

Great Hotel in Westendstrasse area of Munich. We found our rooms to comfortable, nicely decorated, a perfect size and extremely well laid out. Access to the room is via a key code so you will never lose your key! The staff were very helpful and friendly and could all speak a good standard of English The hotel is only a 4 stops on the U-Bahn from Hauptbahnhoff (Central Station) and 3 stops away from Theresienwiese, home of the famout Oktoberfest and Fruhlingsfest. Its therefore a good location to stay to visit both the city centre, via Odensplatz or to visit the Beer festivals,

Just a note that European Hotels, unlike UK hotels, generally dont have tea/coffee in the rooms

Good cheap hotel a little out of city center but underground is just a short walk and 10 min to the center. The twin room was basic, comfortable and clean. The self check in was a bit of a test at four in the morning, but this policy is clear when you book and flight delays are not the hotels fault. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. Really liked the no check out policy, shows what a waist of time this is. Overall a good budget hotel.

A very pleasant and accommodating hotel, conveniently located, and close to facilities (underground station, grocery stores, etc.). Certainly not luxurious, but quite comfortable for an inexpensive stay.

Two points: While the hotel does have an underground garage, (no charge), no reservations were available, so you don't know about space until you actually drive in (and if it's full, manage to drive out again). I'd rather know in advance about spaces, even if there are not any. As I had an early meeting on Saturday, I could not get breakfast, as it didn't start until 7:30. A minor inconvenience, but I was surprised that no option was offered (e.g. a packed meal).

A little same for 3 people but if you only sleep it is good. Shower is good. Very close to public trasport where you can buy day tickets for Metro to the city centre. Very good for a couple of nights.

No Refrigerator in the room. We wanted to keep something cool but that was not possible.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great, the metro, a gas station with an ATM, and a grocery store were all within minutes of walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at the reception for a couple of hours after check out.

There were only two lifts, so you might have to wait for a couple of minutes every time you want to get to your room.

Our 9-euro monthly pass allowed us to travel for free between our hotel and the city centre. The U-Bahn stop was just steps away, as was a grocery store. We found a hidden gem of a restaurant among a group of gardening plots just down the block.

I would have liked a fridge.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable and the room is very tidy. It was an enjoyable experience

The B&B chain is a solid step above hostels, but not too far beyond that. Looking around at breakfast, my friend noticed "There are no women here." It always felt like the bus for the football game would leave in an hour or so. But they do it well enough. No frills, no disappointments, solid hotel-ing. I would stay there again. The couple staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The manager, Sejat, is fun, fair, and a great host! Rest of the team equally professional and friendly. Munich West has the best prices and services for the value, strongly recommend anyone this hotel.

All is great, no complaints.
