Lovely hotel, extra clean, great facilities, spacious room. Hotel runs without the staff being present, but astonishingly everything ran smoothly. Although we never saw a member of staff, it was easy to contact them via phone. Breakfast was great, beautifully laid out and self service. We were impressed!

It was a novelty for us that there was never a member of staff present at the reception or anywhere, and maybe it would be nice to have a direct contact with a human, however, as everything ran so well, we really didn’t mind

Very nice kitchen/dining room with adequate self-serve breakfast & great coffee machine. Room is open all the time so could help oneself to a snack, drink, etc. Great place for airport proximity. Central for walking around Keflavik. Based on staying here last year, we booked again this year. Self-serve check-in & check-out. Phone at front desk for direct line to taxi.

It was very hot in the kitchen/dining room. Don't like the glass door on the bathroom in the rooms.

Free parking., comfortable beds, easy access to airport, nice breakfast, reasonable price, location near multiple restaurants and seafront promenade, some rooms with sea views, elevator to upper rooms.

No washcloths in room, primary outlet in bedroom was loose, mold on windowsill, window didn’t latch on ground floor room, hall carpet thread-bare in spots,

I loved the self service aspect as we arrived a bit late. The instructions to enter the hotel were very easy to follow and once we accessed the building our room key was waiting for us on the front desk counter. The lobby was very inviting with big music note decor along the walls and a console table that had pamphlet for popular attractions. Our room was bigger than I expected it to be with a decent size bed which was extremely comfy, like sleeping on fluffy clouds, and a much desired after a long day of travel. Very open and clean with a view of the sea just to the left. The bathroom was a bit odd as the door was partially see through and when shut there was about 2 inches of a gap between the door and the wall so if you're not fully comfortable with your roomies, keep in mind complete privacy is non existent here. Other than this the room fit all my needs. Breakfast was served between 7am - 10am. A good selection to choose from consisting of biscuits, cereal, meats, cheeses, vegetable, hardboiled eggs and toast with different spreads such as jams, butter and cream cheese. They also offer a wide range for beverages from juices to lattes and espressos.

The bathroom and it's lack of privacy would be the only downside to my stay.

Very comfortable room and large comfy bed. Our room had a view of the sea. The property is located within a residential area which, initially, seemed a bit odd. However the location was perfect for the airport, a nice walk along the shore and the local restaurants. The breakfast was adequate and served from 4am. Despite being a self check in hotel we did meet some staff who were all lovely. The arrangements worked fine for the self service check in and we received clear instructions before our arrival. We stayed 2 nights and had a full day exploring the Reyjkanes Peninsula which was really interesting and often overlooked, I believe.

What a delightful stay! The self check-in was very easy and the rooms were so lovely! I loved the jazz music playing at the entrance as well as the nice smell. Parking is just right in front of the building; there is also an elevator to the second floor (which makes it convenient if you have heavier bags). The rooms were very spacious and there was a desk to work at. The shower only appeared to have very hot water and we were unable to adjust the temperature. If you need taxi service to the airport, I believe it is around 22 euros, and the number is available at the entrance area. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! It opens at 4:00am and was empty when we were there around 6:00am. They have so much variety in food and the bread... the bread was so SOFT! Everything is self-service there, so we didn't ever see anyone during our entire stay. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be close to the airport!

Everything was excellent, room and bed was really comfy and warm and inc a mini fridge. So close to the airport, only about 10 mins in taxi, and phone available to ring a taxi the evening before for an early morning flight. Breakfast had a great choice, and buffet was available from 0400. Really recommend Hotel Jazz. Lovely restaurants nearby also for evenings dinner, and close to the seafront for a lovely stroll, if it is not too windy.

We highly recommend the hotel. We stayed there one night, after arriving on Keflavik airport in the evening. The location of the hotel is great - the window view for the ocean was amazing and there was also a car park, so no need to worry about looking for the place for the car. The room was clean, check-in easy to do even late in the evening and the breakfast was really delicious. if you are looking for the place in Keflavik, this one is really good!

Convienent location in the center of Keflavik town, very nice and friendly staff. Superb self-service breakfast open from 4am. I loved the place and highly recommend it.

I had problems with key-card, it just stopped working from time to time and i coulnd get in my room. But anyway the receptionist was very nice and everytime i called or asked, she changed the card or gave me additional one.

A small hotel only 10 minutes from the airport at a reasonable price. Although a bit hidden away in a residential area, the hotel provided a comfortable night before our flight home. There were a number of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The 2-story hotel has an elevator. A self service breakfast is available starting at 4:30 am. Although we arrived before checkout time, they were able to get our room ready early.

The rooms were a bit small for us and all of our luggage, but we managed. The breakfast selection was a little small.
