the property is in a very good location close to the airport and many restaurants. the area smells amazing because of the restaurants and water. the staff is very friendly

the halls were dimly lit and lights only came on when you triggered a motion sensor. the airport shuttle is only a pick up, you have to pay about 20 USD for a taxi to the airport through a different company.

Location very convenient from Keflavik International Airport and the Blue Lagoon. Staff was fabulous-we just arrived from a long flight and a long soak from the Blue Lagoon and we were tired! We were warmly greeted and helped immediately by very friendly employees. We also found out Jodie Foster stayed at the hotel while filming True Detective…Very cool! Free parking, delicious breakfast. Our host even called her friend the next morning to open his souvenir shop early so we could look at wool sweaters and blankets.

The room was small, but we were put into a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. A nice view of water and Reykjavik in the background.

Ragnar was extremely friendly and welcoming when we came in, he even took a little extra time to find us a room with a view of the ocean. Parking was very easy, you could park for free on the street or in the lot behind the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was free coffee and tea downstairs and the lounge we sat in to drink it was really nice. Location was very convenient as there's restaurants within walking distance (Biyani was awesome and super affordable) and less than 10 minutes to the airport.

I went with my girlfriend for a quick getaway to Iceland in search for the famous lights and to switch off the usually stressful life of London in the UK. Book this hotel in advance, and when we arrive to the hotel, early in the morning, a young man named Ali received us with a very kind and very welcoming attitude making us feel very comfortable straight away, was a bit of confusion with my booking in the beginning but quickly was fixed by the manager Birins (I’m sorry if I’m spelling wrong), but also a very kind lady and always very helpful with any of our doubts or questions about the country and places to visit that we had. I told Ali that our trip was the birthday gift that I arranged for my girlfriend and we even offer a complimentary box of chocolates to my girlfriend, a small gesture that shows how friendly the hotel and staff is. Breakfast is not a very wow, but the quality of the food and higiene is very good. Simple hotel, very welcoming, quiet, and very clean all over the hotel. The room was very nice, with balcony, heating, quite large tv, very comfortable bed and not very noisy at all, allowing you a good rest after a session of relaxation in the Sky Lagoon that we visited. I was very amazed with Iceland, although we wasn’t able to see the famous northern lights, was a good experience and will go back if got a chance. We definitely recommend this hotel, very good price/quality relation, and the staff was amazing making our stay even more memorable. Big hugs from Ricardo & Isidora

The room was large, clean and had a lovely sea view. the airport shuttle for an early morning flight was very welcome and the staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. right by the front in Keflavik with eating options nearby

it would have been lovely if you could get a shuttle there and back, they only do one way. Having said that the room was good value compared to other rooms and I appreciate the cost of providing this service. I took a taxi there from the airport which was very expensive for a solo traveller

The wifi is probably too old or with bad settings as it does not work wirh computers Should fix that because its the only place where i had the problem The man that drives the shuttle is not very friendly and more concerned about his car than his passengers It was freezing but he did not open the doors of the van though my luggage was in the truck and almost yelled at me because i did it myself

We had an oceanside room and it was fabulous. The hotel was quiet except for there was no way to shut the doors quietly. The hotel was very clean and sleekly designed. The room was quite large and the beds were comfy. The proximity to the airport was very convenient, though the taxi ride was more expensive than I expected for the distance. Good breakfast options, especially for so early in the morning. Friendly reception with good advice about the area and airport.

The room was a bit spartan. The towels are thin and there was no bath mat available. No way to make coffee or tea in the room either.

super friendly and very hard working owners who genuinely wanted to please. large rooms which are functional and clean. a little old fashioned but amazing value for money. couple of nice restaurants. plenty of takeaways and a bar in close walking distance. right on sea front (which is very quiet as is really just a working fishing town) and few mins from airport. they gave us a lift to the airport at 5am. much appreciated and even got up to make sure the transfer went smoothly.

Included early breakfast was nice, included Wifi, and great location! Easy check in and check out process! Hotel was simple and fit our needs for two nights. We didn't hear other guests from our room which was nice.

Mattress was uncomfortable after second night. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room after we checked into our room and were napping. They were very polite though and left immediately when they saw us.

Our Hotel host was absolutely the best. I would stay here again just for her. She had great recommendations and helpful setting up things to do. Our room was little small but didn't prevent us from being comfortable. They were very clean and functional. Breakfast was great everyday, there was plenty of food and always fresh. It was a great location to see the Northern lights and very convienent to things. I would definitely recommend!
