It is very close to the airport and Blue Lagoon. The property offers paid transport to these locations. The property's decor was excellent, with so many things to see and admire. The breakfast was great. It had a full shared kitchen that we didn't use or saw anyone else using it as we arrived very late. The room was small but cute. Our kids loved the room.

The room was up stairs, and we had to carry our heavy luggage. You have to remove your shoes when entering the property. I don't mind that but it was inconvenient when you had to take multiple pieces of luggage from the parking lot to your room.

This is a real find - very close to the airport, which Reykjavik town is not! We heard no planes or airport noise though, despite having the window open all night. The local area along the waterside is quite interesting - in a harbour-community way, not a tourist-shopping-cocktails way. We were able to use the dining room for our supper (pizza delivered) which we really appreciated after a long drive.

nothing really - it was all great value, quite modest, but homely and spacious.

Reynir is a great host, helpful and open for special requests. Transfer from the airport and a hot pot were included in the price. Tasty breakfast. Unique interior of the former farm house.

Nothing to complain about in a bed and breakfast. The shared bathroom is part of the deal. The location is near many of the car rental companies but not really near for walking if you have lots of luggage. Bear this in mind when making arrangements for the transfers.

This place is not only the perfect location when arriving in the country or preparing to leave. It is also a good location to explore the southwestern part of Iceland. It is very tasteful and definitely special. I liked the homely ambiance, and the feeling of being welcome and free to use multiple areas of the guesthouse. It offers various corners with the right furniture adapted to different needs (sofas, chairs, tables, hot tub, seats with a nice view outside etc). The host is very helpful and accommodating. I encountered very special - humble and sympathetic humor in Icelandic people like him.

I loved the location. The homely feel and the friendliness of the owner. The location was by the sea and a 9 min drive from the airport. Because it was by the sea, I was able to see the Northern Lights just by walking across the road. Breakfast was a lovely laid out help yourself to breads, cheese, jams, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee... in a very different, unique and homely environment. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing not to like. A great stay.

It was a great stay. The owners were nice and personable. He was able to allow us to stay after our flights had to change. Breakfast was a great variety every morning. The Hot Tub worked and it felt nice on tired, sore muscles. Everyone was so accommodating!! They let us stay on premises after we checked out because of our late night/early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that anyone who comes to Keflavik stay here as well. Thanks for everything!!

Nothing really. I enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

What an amazing interior design! The house, a rebuilt cow shed, has a fantastic atmosphere. Free coffee/tee throughout the day, one can even book a hot tub outside and watch aurora in the night. Very pleasant and friendly hosts. As we had to wake up early before the vreakfast, we were allowed just to snatch some food from the fridge.

Small room, called "music room", but comfy bed. It actually didn't bother us as we just stayed overnight, but could be useful to others.

Such an interesting place! Stayed before an early flight next day (close to airport), but really wished we could have stayed an extra day. We were able to help ourselves to breakfast (because of our very early start), but wish we could have enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the amazing kitchen / dining area. We were expecting a shared bathroom, but actually had our own sink and toilet (not in all rooms). The host was concerned / apologetic about noise due to a nearby annual festival celebration, which actually wasn't too bad - would probably be very quiet otherwise. 10-15 minutes walk to shops / restaurants - along pleasant seafront footpath. Would definitely go back.

Raven’s cottage is perfectly located within 10 minutes from the international airport. The cottage is very cozy and our room was very comfortable for one night. The staff very friendly and always willing to help in order to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend to get in contact with them in order to coordinate early check in as well as transportation. They do offer transportation to/from the airport and Blue Lagoon with much better rates than a private taxi.

So close to the airport, less than 10min drive. Our family of four really enjoyed this B&B. Friendly owner and cute place. We had a room with 4 singles and included private bathroom. It worked perfect for us. Breakfast was good. It's also right on the coast so nice ocean walk right out the door.
