The food is excellent and there's a lot to choice even you are in different nationality, the food is so accommodating. The place is excellent. Everything is available, if you want to drink you can find the best bar I ever had before, if you need a little bit dancing you can find there also, and if you want to be alone and the silence you can find there also. There's a lot of coffee shop and more to pamper ourselves.

Absolutely nothing. For us we found everything that we are expecting. Even the team is very helpful and whenever we need assistance they are very fast to take the action. We do recommend to our friends also about the place that it is superb and very elegant place. For us the place is number 1.

I would like to thank all the staff who made our stay wonderful experience and memorable one. From the reception Ms. Karen & Mr. Khalil (if not mistaken) both are professional. They are very approachable and polite. Ms. Analisa & her team from the Spa make sure we are taken care of. Its very relaxing and was able to disconnect and be in the moment. Mr. Nagib, the lifeguard(apologies im not sure if i heard it right)🫣🤭 we were so ecstatic that we dont know what to do first.. 😅 if to have dip in jacuzzi or in the pool. Overall experience it was really remarkable. Kudos to the team.👏👏👏

Not that I don't like. It will be better if there will be more electrical outlets. In our room, we only have 1 extra. The rest are being used to plug the ref and lamps.

The Hotel is oozing professionalism from the minute you step into the vast and elegant lobby. The Reception staff is well-versed in the processing your stay in a very effective and painless manner. The room I was staying in, was large, the bed extremely comfortable and the mini bar fridge was a pleasant addition. One of the reason I opted for this particular hotel was the spa and gym. Both of them were in full functioning modes and the attention to details of the spa staff was beyond expectations. The breakfast buffet was by far one the most impressive I have ever seen in a hotel. A wide variety of products were on offer and sampling everything was just impossible. If you opt for a dinner, the buffet is also worth the test. The quality of the food was impressive. In conclusion, I will definitely opt for this location on my next visit to Doha. There is always a member of staff available to help you out should you have any queries. This is precious.

The staff was great, polite and super welcoming. Whatever you need they will make sure to provide in a timely manner Didn’t get the chance to have breakfast at the hotel. The room was a lot better than what I had expected. I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning because of the reviews I had read but overall the experience was great! Will definitely be coming back ! 100%

The water pressure in the shower was not really good.

the ambience and location of the property was top notch and there were so many restaurants nearby to the hotels!

the property being at an extreme location however, the front office staff (Christine) took my checkout and i told her a concern that i was not able to locate my sun glasses and i dont know because of busy times or what, but she took minimum efforts in asking the ho dept about the lost and found and getting it checked. i had to go to the desk on my own after some time to ask for the followup for the same and then she told me that there is nothing there which was found. i had to ask the concierge desk again to get a better look into that and the BellCaptain at the concierge desk at that time was very helpful. he asked me the specifications of the glasses however Christine failed to ask that! i am still not able to locate my glasses and i am more than certain that it in that hotel!!

I am used to the question of "have you taken anything from the minibar?", but instead she opted to ask housekeeping to check the minibar. I was surprised to be asked to pay 70 rials for items taken from the minibar, I surely did not touch anything. I am happy to pay it of course if I did take anything, in fact I left more bottles of water than when I came in. However, I felt the tone or approach suggested I was not trusted and when I was firm that I did not take anything I was told its fine and I am free to leave. The approach and the actual checking needs to be improved. This left a sour taste.

Reception (in particular very informed and welcoming and made extra efforts with Birthday celebrations for my partner.) Spa, Restaurant and Housekeeping (greeted on sight every time) staff were attentive and friendly with the exception of Skyview Staff (generally could be more attentive,welcoming and warm even when enforcing hotel rules). Food was good in all restaurants- particularly the sushi. Good product/facilities knowledge
