They made our room, while we were out and it was a nice surprise when we returned just 2 hours later. I thought this was very efficient. We booked 2 rooms as there was 4 of us (2 children), it was very important to have 2 rooms interconnecting and this was allocated to us. The location of hotel was fantastic as it was in the town centre and just 10 minutes walk from the beach, we didn't have to drive during our stay at Bournemouth. Loads of restaurants opposite the hotel. The parking was in the building next to the hotel and so didn't have far to walk.

The swimming Pool was very small, plus not available on 2nd August, my children was disappointed. I couldn't see anything from my room apart from some other people's residential apartment. But if I had to choose a good view or 2 connecting rooms, I would definitely choose the latter.

Spacious family friendly hotel… the family connecting room was modern, fully equipped with all the necessary facilities and very much clean on a daily basis .The staff ( including the Housekeeping staff) were fantastic, welcoming and accommodating throughout… the buffet breakfast was excellent (something for everyone)… the family spa time was amazing. The location was definitely ideal, everything within a walking distance… parking available…it was overall a brilliant short vacation stay for the family 10/10… Thank you Hilton

great location, right near the beach and food eatery’s. reception area looked stunning as you walked in and set an instant calm. spa was lovely and pool. room was spacious and we were asked if we wanted a walk in shower. car park right next hotel so easy especially as we forgot bits in the car. stunning view from level 8 bar.

expensive drinks in level 8 bar, nearly double the price compared to downstairs bar. we were located on 2nd floor at front of hotel. we were located opposite a nightclub so we were awake until god knows what time with constant banging from the music and people shouting.

The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing Steam room great Gym very clean and handy Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance works so disappointing as my 7 year old was looking forward to swim.

Well, because the swimming pool was closed, I asked the manager if she could extend my checkout as a goodwill gesture and she refused. Her staff were more friendly then she was.

First impressions were good as the Hotel Reception area is very impressive with a large atrium which gets attention right away as well as the seating, lavish furnishings, the welcome from the reception staff and the sheer professionalism. This set a very good tone . knew exactly that I had made the right choice. The location is near to the centre of town and the beach. Car parking was adjacent to the hotel and easy to find. The room was okay and only minor issue was that I did not like a connecting door but the room was soundproofed and no noise whatsoever. Also got a good night's sleep and the breakfast was decent in the restaurant. The Sky Bar for evening drinks and scenery was also good. Similar reviews for the pool and use of sauna etc. Infact, difficult to fault this hotel.

Very minor criticism but the room had a connecting door and I am not liking this and just my pet hate and the room appeared darker and not so lavishly furnished.

The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants and places to visit in Bournemouth. Breakfast was good, vegetarian and vegan options were available, including milk alternatives. Good rooms size, clean. Kids loved the pool!

The AC in the room was poor, we were lucky the weather was fair, but in hotter days this would have been uncomfortable. The pool was smaller than expected, but has a small jacuzzi - not heated, but nice surprise. Kids pool timings apply, so check before going. Spa was nice, but the relaxation room didn’t have any music playing - dead silent! The treatment rooms had some unusual music choice, please change to something more relaxing! Tried to order room service but was told I need a CC on file - please request at check in, it’s not nice for guest to come down in their PJs just to add a credit card, we should be given option to pay on check out!

The staff were amazing. They dealt with infrastructure issues like broken coffee machines with calm and effectiveness. The hotel was very busy due to a big dance competition taking place at the BIC. The staff were incredibly polite dealing with a lot of rude guests that were skipping breakfast queues, asking for tables that were unavailable, etc. It would have been nice to see a senior manager available to help the front of house staff.

The spa pool could be a little warmer and the steam room actually generating some steam.

Excellent hotel stay, the place still felt pleasantly 'new'. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and a great view from 7th floor with floor to ceiling windows. Tbf, the view itself isn't stunning but you can see the sea if high enough

Would have liked to have been able to use the pool facilities after check out. Can understand why not but has never been an issue at other hotels. The pool heating was broken during our stay which was unfortunate but was being fixed

The food in the restaurant was lovely, room was clean and the bathroom was very clean, spacious and looked fantastic. I loved the huge shower and bath, the bed was very comfy and the chairs were also very comfy. The facilities in the room was good. Overall I was very pleased. Staff were friendly, I am gutted I didn't know about the free spa facilities in advance, if I had I would have brought my swimwear.

I was expecting a more luxurious looking room, there were cracks in paint and some visible holes in walls behind furniture. At £380 a night, I was expecting a more spacious room (although it was fine) and perhaps some nicer decor in the room. The service in the restaurant was also quite slow but I let them off because the food quality was very good. I was also very disappointed that I had to pay for parking as a hotel guest and I am fairly certain that breakfast was not included. £380 a night let me remind you. Unsure of value for money overall, I am not sure that room/package was worth the £380 a night.

we had a case of sheets not being clean on check-in but these were replaced quickly.
