Breakfast and room were great. Lots of great options in the morning and they even had a free shuttle bus service to the airport that runs every 15 minutes or so. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was under renovation which meant the pool and the main entrance were under construction. I wish this was mentioned more clearly before booking as price still matched many other hotels in vicinity.

Size of room wonderful with super comfortable bed. Even had a microwave if you needed to heat anything up. Shuttle from airport easy to organise, so perfect for a single traveller. Close to the Outlet Mall for shopping the next day. Restaurants in walking distance if you needed food.

Arriving in the evening, not having a restaurant was a small minus. On the positive side, you did offer a range of snacks including some meals to heat up in microwave. I didn't walk down the road as travelling by myself & didn't feel safe doing as not knowing neighbourhood. Would have been fine if travelling with my family.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we weren’t expecting it to be when it is right on the main road. There were plenty of USBs for charging phones. nice linens and towels. The check in staff were helpful and gave us 2 bottles of water. The airport shuttle was very convenient and ran frequently. The breakfast was very good for a service hotel such as this. If we had needed it the microwave in the room was a nice touch and was supported by the sale reheatable meals in the foyer. We didn’t try the pool because it was being well used by kids when we were there. We checked out in the morning and went into Chicago for the day. They very happily stored our luggage and allowed us to use the shuttle when we returned in the afternoon for an evening flight.

The only place to eat within walking distance is a bar/ restaurant attached to the neighbouring Quality Inn. The food turned out to be good and reasonably priced but we nearly left before ordering because the place looked so bad. Nothing to do with Hampton but I’m just saying the choices for eating are very limited nearby. it is possible to buy something to reheat in the microwave at the Hampton and they have heaps of snacks for sale.

Overall it was a good stay and hardly noticed the ongoing renovations. The room was clean, parking was free, breakfast had plenty of options, easy pet policy with a reasonable fee, plenty of outlets for charging devices around the room, close to the airport, and liked having the fridge & microwave.

Just little things like the signal on the TV cut out for a few seconds every 5-10 minutes, the parking lot can be tough to get in and out of, and the door to the cabinet the mini fridge was in opened the opposite way as the fridge. Also, being able to access streaming services on the TV would be nice.

Breakfast: in the americay way; could be strange for an European ( no complain here anyway)! Room: perfect! Shuttle service/ a bit difficult to get when arriving to the international terminal (hotel logo on the shuttle not obviously recognizable. Shuttle srvice efficent anyway!

Nothing to report excepted the security deposit charged on your credit card at check in that is supposed to be refunded in the following 5 to 10 days (depending on the bank I was told)!

we really appreciate the shuttle connection from the airport. Our planes often land very late/early and the ease snd expediency of the shuttle connection is impressive. from getting off the plane to crawling into their cozy beds was exactly 1 hour!

there was nothing not to like. Rooms make so much sense. Updated with plenty of charging stations. Room very clean and tastefully decorated. The pillows and bedding are so comfortable. And the breakfast and coffee are exceptional.

The breakfast was adequate for the price we paid. I did not have a lot expectations for the hotel, just needed an overnight stay but was pleasantly surprised, Rooms are new, clean , big and very comfortable. We had a late evening flight on our check out date and the staff accommodated our request to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went out to explore Chicago city

Everything was wonderful except pick up from the airport. We waited for 45 minutes in freezing Xmas day weather but no shuttle bus arrived even after calling twice. Finally we got a taxi for $22 with an extremely rude driver.

Transport to the hotel from airport. Going to the airport was good next morning.

The front staff, Smitty and another lady (whose name I didn't catch) were so incredibly kind and helpful! I was deliriously tired when I arrived and could barely think straight to ask for what I needed but they were patient and offered me much assistance. Room was clean and comfortable. Airport Shuttle was very convenient!

No real complaints.

The room far exceeded my expectations. Everything was so modern. Super clean, and fancy. The bathtub was spotless and I felt comfortable enough to let my kids bathe in it. I even requested room service for just fresh towels and trashes to be changed and they made the entire room like new. Staff went above and beyond.

I did not like the location of the hotel. It wasn’t in a great part of the city. We didn’t really have a great view either. Breakfast wasn’t great but was thankful for a hotel that had it included. Again, staff was excellent but didn’t enjoy the food.
