Located near Porta Nuova and an easy (about 15 mins?) walk into the old town of Verona along Via Corso Porta Nuova. A good 4 star hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. We actually ate in the hotel restaurant for the two nights and the food was very tasty, good value and nice served in very pleasant surroundings. The public areas are very attractive with all sorts of interesting theatrical style of displays. It was a dog friendly hotel too, with a separate cosy lounge area where dogs where welcome, there weren't many dogs, but the couple I saw certainly cheered me up with their waggy tales and smiling faces. Wifi and tv complicated and didn’t work properly. Mould in a shower. Didn’t understand how to get there from train station as Google didn’t know the walking path. Had a bad start as a large group of Orient Express Americans were there unexpectedly due to flooding in Italy and had booked out the restaurant. We weren’t warned when we arrived at noon and when we returned tired later I couldn't get suitable food (diabetic) and was unwell during the night. Receptionist said take a E50 return taxi back in to town to a restaurant!

Good price, comfortable place to reach by car, interesting interior, nice lobby.

The first place where nor boiled nor fried eggs are offered for breakfast the only option is scrambled eggs. We stayed for three nights, the breakfast was the same every day. It was very hot in the room in February, though we turned off the heating, the only option to sleep was with open window. If you get a room which is connected to another room though doors be sure there is no sound proofing, you gonna “participate” in your neighbors life 😅

In the whole trip, this hotel surprised us the most! First of all, this hotel is very dog ​​friendly, which was the most important for us. It is impressive for a hotel of this level that dogs are allowed, thank you very much! We really liked the room, it's size. Everything was thought of. The best thing in such a hot weather outside was air conditioning and a cool room. Our bed was big, clean and smelled good. Everyone of us had a robe, slippers, everything was taken care of. The hotel is very elegant, very beautiful design, and very impressive both inside and out. Had a good breakfast. We really liked the bar, we enjoyed very delicious drinks there. Through the window you can see a canal or a river that flows right past the hotel itself. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again! We were even more surprised that across the street was a Ducati official dealer store that we really wanted to visit. We didn't know it was there. It was a big surprise!

It was not too far from the train station and downtown, and the staff was very friendly! There's a small sitting area next to a river. I had dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious! The room was comfortable, and the shower even had a deep tub for a bath! Overall, would highly recommend.

This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but I did notice that the plug of my adapter didn't fit into the outlets in the room. A note to travelers from outside the EU: make sure you have at least one plug adapter with thinner prongs so it'll fit into more outlets. Again, not really the hotel's fault my adapter was wonky!

the breakfast and the restaurant are not good.

The hotel has very big spaces, from the hall to each single room. Our room was far larger than the average. It's quite easy to reach it by train and by car as well. Getting there by car you have to add 15€/day of extra fee for parking in the structure, but is a very comfortable option. The main advantage is that in 10 min walking we reached the Arena, and the House of Giulietta is not far either. The staff was very kind and offers a very good service. Breakfast is continental and has many options to choose from.

As in many hotel happens, In our room there weren't any plug close to the night table. This is not a problem at all, but It's only quite uncomfortable not having your mobile phone by your side while you are charging it during the night.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room size was good for one person, location - 10 min walk from the train station (a bit confusing how to get over busy traffic roads, but once you have it figured out - easy) and 20 min walk to the center. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast was rather diverse and plentiful; the coffee was not superb but ok for a hotel. I think it was a very good value for money. The room also was cleaned every day. I liked the spacious bathroom, and the complimentary toiletries were good

Two things that made me give the property less than 10. One, the room's internet connection is very weak, almost non-existent. Second, the sound isolation - my neighbors talked until 5 am one night, and it disturbed me a lot - it is not that they did something that I could complain to the reception and make them shut up. Still, it was also impossible to sleep hearing every word of their conversation. So, for sensitive sleepers - maybe think twice or ask for a quiet room

Very friendly stuff. The breakfast was very good - fresh and big diversity. The hotel is really pet friendly. We just missed some green area for our dog. The building has some oldscool flair, but it met our tatste. Also the location was very good - a few minutes walk away from the old town. All in all we can truly recommend.

The ladies cleaning in another rooms were pretty loud. We would wish to sleep a bit longer, which was not possible through the noise.
