Very Clean and had great in house facilities

The paid activities are so over priced. PIRATES quoted $125 USD p.p for the glass bottom boat, 2hr activity and the hotel quoted $50 USD for a car to take us in to town. We got an Uber for 44 EGP (approximately $1.50USD) and the same activity from a tourist office in town was 800 EGP for 2 people (approximately $27USD). Do they really think we are that stupid?!!!

We appreciated with kitchen and design of the Hotel's territory. Beach and pools are good. The room with see view and balcony on 4th floor was Awesome! Perfect sunrises! Personnel in general always trying to do their best and this is superior. It was very good high-level vacation!

In such level of hotel, you are waiting attention to all details (10 degree tilted by horizontal TV, defects in bath furniture, non-fixed cranes, noisy doors - nightmare of perfectionist). Yes, this is maintaining and exploitation problems. Executiv personnel trying to do their best, it's obviously not their fault. In my opinion, there are some quality management gaps and lack of communication inside team.

Location very close to the airport (15 mins by taxi). Great facilities (used mainly the pools available, the restaurants and the beach). Restaurants had great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stuff very friendly and available. Pool service and beach service very good. All the facilities we used were very clean.

In general everything was great. Some recommendations for improvement: the kids club can benefit from a bit more shade, especially in morning and afternoon the playground with the big slides can't be used because it is too hot and sunny. Accommodating for the third person in the room (small kid) took some time in order to get a mattress in the bedroom instead of the couch in the living room which was super bright at 5:00 in the morning.

The resort is really nice with several options for restaurants. The Brazilian restaurant was the highlight and the chef of the restaurant is professional and welcoming. Room were perfect and staff are very helpful and friendly.

If you like drinks and cocktails, its not the place for that .... not sure if it was the quality or ability to make these cocktails. Pools were not as you would have imagined.... the main one was relatively small and not good for swimming. There were many other pools scattered in the resort but hardly anybody was using them because they were far from the action , activities and main area. 3 of the Jacuzzis were not working and other 3 were working.

It’s very very nice and professional experience i would do it over and over again Mr. Hazem is the best guy ever he is very cooperative and very helpful he well be one of the main reason that would get me back there

Great hotel!! The food was amazing everyone is very polite and helpful. The best restaurants are the Brazilian Churrascaria (obrigada Chef Thomaz pela atenção!!), the Turkish (amazing food) and the Turquoise which is the buffet. Many thanks also for Anastacia (my yoga and stretching teacher) and Yasmine (sommelier) for making our week better!!

I stayed in all 4 branches of Rixos in egypt and this second time in this hotel , no doubt this is the best ....when magawish construction meet Rixos management you talk about the best .

There are some mistakes management should avoid : 1-this time I stayed 4 days Swimming pool and jacuzzi was cold from the first day i asked guest relation manager to turn on heating but he ignored me then i talked with reception many times during 2 days and told them all guests complain from cold water not only me !!!! , finally They agreed but I missed 2 days in cold water and 2 days only in warm water 2- my suite was in fourth floor without elevator !!! 3- main Swimming pool and sea toilets areusually busy ...they should be more than that .

Rixos offers super food and services,excellent variety and quality

The hotel is overcrowded by russian tourists, they are drunk 24/7, they start the day with double whisky and drink alcohols non-stop across the day and night. Those tourists which don't share this culture will be in troubles and don't enjoy to stay there.

i think it was overpriced a bit

Beautiful property with a very solid customer service mindset, backed by a very large staffing component. There are so many staff on the premises, each being very helpful, you want for nothing. The facilities were clean and modern (it is only 2-3 years old) and the food in the Turquoise restaurant far exceeded our expectations from a Buffet. Really great quality food and super service by George at the Restaurant.

We ate one night at the People's restaurant and found the food undercooked and incomplete. It was a big disappointment as it is one of 4 restaurants that you need to reserve in advance and it is very hard to get a spot (you are lucky if you reserve more than 2 times for a week's stay). The waiters were very helpful though and the issue was in that particular kitchen. Otherwise, the food in the other restaurants was perfect and had no real issues.
