The breakfast was fine, there is construction directly outside the main entrance but it didn’t bother us at all, we were able to park at a garage directly behind the hotel for $19 CAD for 24 hours , walking distance to main sites was about 30 minutes, lots of good dining options within minutes from the hotel , previous reviews spoke of elevator issues those have since been rectified, we arrived very early and were able to check in much earlier as our room was ready , room was large and comfortable

The location near the park, shopping, restaurants and the metro was super convenient. I did not need a car for my entire stay. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of healthy and delicious foods. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The parking garage height was too short for my minivan, but the hotel provided a secondary space outside.

Really close to downtown. Peel metro station and underground malls 1 block away. Guest laundry came in handy. Clean rooms. Loved the fridge and the dishwasher. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very goodArrive before the rush. Noon check out was a plus. We’d stay here again no doubt

Beds that we slept in were full not queen beds. Parking for large vehicles is limited. 1 Elevators under construction. We had a lower floor so we took the stairs. No locks on bathroom sliding doors.We really loved our stay here and would stay here again

The rooms were a good size and well done. The cleaning staff would do a superb job every time. The location of the hotel was also good with close access to the subway and many eateries

The hotel was occupied at full capacity and there were only two very small elevators working out of three. The staff mentioned that they were upgrading but this was horrible timing especially with summer crowds and holiday season. Our room was on the 21st floor so we couldn't just take the stairs especially after a full day of walking and excursions. We had to wait sometimes over 30 mins to get an elevator to our room and more during breakfast hours. It was good time wasted for sure.

Lovely studio apartments, with fully functional kitchen and utensils. Comfortable beds. Sumptuous complimentary breakfast

The shower wasn't getting all the water as half of it was leaking through the spout. The elevators are too few (only 3) and very small (3 adults and a stroller could tightly fit in with some difficulty). These are not easy to fix, but the elevator programming is really bad. All these leads to extra wait time every time to get in the elevator. We once got late to a show we had booked because it took 15+ minutes for us to get in the elevator.

Perfect location: literally steps from the Peel Metro station (and an easy ride to Old Montreal), just down the street from the stairs to Parc Mont-Royal, and within walking distance of all downtown's restaurants, museums, and shops. Beds for everyone in our family of five. Although we didn't cook meals, the kitchenette was handy, with its large fridge, microwave, and extra sink. Typical continental breakfast, with hot scrambled eggs and sausage, make-your-own waffles, and cold muffins/cereal.

The breakfast was great, a large eating area where one could seat comfortable.. different options to choose from.. I really enjoyed breakfast time.. Our room, great!!! we were in the 14 floor, it was a big and quite room with a large and comfy bed; a full equipped well kitchenette, and the most important thing is that when we arrived, around 10:30-11:00 am, (because we had previously requested an early check-in) they said that our room was ready!!! that was awesome! so we could accommodate right away and start our touring in Montreal...

The location was not perfect for me. (I had recently had foot surgery), so walking to get to the main street, Sainte-Catherine Street felt like walking forever, perhaps if I had been healthy I would have said the location was OK...

The staff were great, especially the ones serving the breakfast area. Location was perfect for all things downtown.

Only two things stood out that can be improved. One are the elevators. Not enough of them and the size of them is way too small. Definitely not family friendly as we had to pass on a lot of elevator rides because our stroller took more than half the size of the elevator. The second thing is, we wished there was a pool. Definitely a nice hotel for all people without families.

Everything was good. It was a great location as we were going to a Habs hockey game. We were very excited about the suite that we had. A full kitchen which we only used the fridge but was lovely. And the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The view was not the greatest as we faced the street and there is major construction happening across the street. It is understandable that this is not under the hotel’s control. Also, it would have been nice to have bacon available for the buffet breakfast.

I booked two nights but separately as we added and extra day at the Osheaga festival. I contacted Daftan, in the department of reservation, and he made sure we would stay in the same room, he gave us a room in the corner with more space and a great view. His customer service was excellent and I was very satisfied with the service received at this hotel. The rooms have full kitchen which is nice. I will probably come back here for the same Osheaga weekend next year.
