This was such a wonderful experience on our Japan trip. Stunning hotel and the car museum was a great visit. We went out into the middle of the track to do some go-carting and the staff were super helpful and picked us up on our walk over there (which was most appreciated as it was super hot). They then came back to pick us up when we had finished. We dined in the restaurant and it was delicious and again the staff were fantastic. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious and luxurious. And the views of Mt Fuji were fantastic. The electric curtains were appreciated to open the curtains in the morning to see the view. We loved our stay here. The onsen was delightful, I gasped out loud when I looked over the glass partition and saw Mt Fuji peaking out from under the cloud cover. Oh, and the simulator was so much fun.

The motor sport/luxury theme of the rooms and hotel was amazing. Staff was respectful and professional. Additionally, the view was breath taking.

Lack of food options fit for muslims (halal food) in addition to the difficulty of getting taxis in the area ( its advised to give guests a taxi hotline as going from the hotel to anywhere in the area is easy by having the hotel staff arrange a taxi, but coming back to the hotel is a challenge especially for foreigners “non Japanese speakers”due to the lack of taxis and english speaking taxi agencies in the area)

Love every moment of it. Staff were welcoming and service was excellent, expected nothing less. Upon arriving, I was informed that my room had been upgraded, and it the space was massive. The view of Mount Fuji was magnificent! Had dinner at their Italian restaurant and order their 4(?) course meal, and it was amazing. Overall, 11/10 rating, enjoyed my stay here very much.

No public transport to the hotel, while they had a shuttle bus at gotemba, I missed it because I was coming from kawaguchi and the bus was crowded, I didn’t arrive as the time intended to reach gotemba and missed the last shuttle bus. Had to take a taxi, which was fine because I was informed that the bus timing on their schedule may not be accurate.

This hotel is absolutely stunning from the moment you arrive - unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Views of Mt Fuji and Fuji Speedway and in the middle of nature. The staff go out of their way to meet your every need. The rooms are massive and every detail has been considered. Onsen and spa onsite were incredible too.

The property has everything you could possibly need and as such it’s quite far from other places, so you’re limited to dining onsite for your entire stay if you don’t have a car. Plenty of options if you have no dietary requirements but you’ll have limited options if you’re vegetarian/vegan.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a great choice and quality. The location near the Speedway and with stunning views of Mount Fuji was great, the staff were efficient and extremely helpful and the room was very good quality. We ate two meals at the hotel, the choice was Italian or Japanese, we tired both and were extremely impressed by both meals. The motor museum and the whole lobby area were a dream to see and a very impressive experience to enter the hotel.

A great addition would be couples hot spring bathing and perhaps a little more attention to the gardens. The restaurants are great but do get filled very quickly, so additional restaurant space would help.

with views over looking Mount Fuji, the race track right at your doorstep….this is a true bucket list hotel. walk in and you’re greeted with a world class car museum on the 1st and 2nd floor. take a left and enter the cafe for a quick bite to eat overlooking the speedway. from there once you get into your room (highly recommend the king bed Mount Fuji view room) you enter a breath taking and elegant hotel suite with an awe inspiring view of Mount Fuji. you’re transformed into what only can be described as a picturesque dream of Mount fuji and its surrounding forest. I could go on and on but this is a place you need to add to your bucket list and see for yourself! oh and did I mention direct access to the speedway to spend your days watching races and drift competitions..!!,

This is a 5 star hotel and every amenity and service reminds you of that. The staff are attentive, anticipate every need and everything was beautifully appointed. My husband adored the speedway aspect, museum, car references and closeness of the track however we had a Mt Fuji room, and I loved the spa, pool, onsen, gorgeous room and restaurants so we were both happy! We have 2 children who enjoyed the facilities and were treated like little princes. An amazing stay, thankyou!

Proximity to anything could be an issue for some? I used the free shuttle to Gotemba station and the free bus to the Premium Outlets to have a fabulous shopping day, nothing else required!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The view of Fuji was breath taking, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable, the room size was perfect and the facilities were second to none. The restaurants served delicious food. The views of the track are also amazing and the museum was a nice touch. The shuttle bus to Gotemba is a lifesaver.

Honestly, everything. The room was very big and super new, with an impressive view of Mount Fuji that you could enjoy from the bed or while taking a bath in the bathtub. Towels, pillows, bed wear and toiletry were of extreme quality. The hotel swimming pool is also very nice and they have several restaurants to cater every taste. We are surely going to come back.

Everything! This place was so unusual, so nice interesting clean, well-appointed. We did not know quite what to expect but we all loved it. Fantastic onsen, a great pool, electric bikes available and an extraordinary entrance through the motor museum. A really helpful courtesy bus picked us up and dropped us off at the station. Wonderful Mount Fuji views. We will never forget the place.
