Love the all you can drink buffet.

Location is fantastic, just a minute walk away from the one of the ski lifts and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast and dinner buffets are cheap and pretty tasty for the most part. Staff are kind, friendly and attentive.

Food could be better, namely the buffet was cold half the time, (as in, for example, fried chicken wasn't being kept warm and went cold while sitting in the buffet). Room was well presented and clean for the most part, we found popcorn and rubbish from a previous guest under the bed.

Old style basic comfortable rooms. Breakfast and lunch included was excellent. 3 minute walk to the chairlift.

Close to evergreen ski school. Hearty breakfast and dinner. Courteous receptionist. Comfortable spa.

If only there were more selections of food for dinner & breakfast. And elevator for 3rd floor.

The position was great for walking to eat for dinner and breakfast. Walk to Woody's ski rental hire they were great. Unfortunately Happo 1 slopes didn't have enough snow to ski on ( mid March 2023 ) so we would usually walk down the 200m to the gondala easily and ski there for the day.

The breakfast was very limited for western food and the evening dinner was stone cold so we only ate there once for dinner out of the 4 nights. The pillows were hard and the room smelt musky - overall for the price we could have gotten a much nicer place down the road for less money after doing a couple of inquiries ( should have stayed at Morino Lodge ) we had to catch transport to ski at other mountains, Hakuba 47 as it had way more snow so the reason for choosing this resort was for the location to the Happo 1 Gondala which we couldn't ski at)

Staff was friendly Shower head was clean and adequate water pressure. Breakfast buffet quality and variety was good Location is close to gondolas and restaurants Hot water / hot tra machines in the hallway Hot Springs bath area was clean and presentable Ample parking spots.

Was placed in a smoking room. Room booking option did not specify smoking or non-smoking room. Despite leaving room key with front desk when going out during the day, there was no room cleaning service nor were replacement towels and amenities provided throughout multi-day stay. No sign to place on door to indicate if cleaning services were wanted or not. Very dated room and features - lack of electrical outlets, rotary phone. Lack of good A/C. The unit only had fan speed setting amd highest setting was inadequate.
