It' close to the train station. The price is suitable. The room is old but tidy and clean.

We booked this room quite earlier asking for a quiet one. However, we were assigned a room where the ouside wall was under maintenance. When we leaved the room next morning, we saw there were already rooms checked out with no maintenance outside the window. We stepped down to the front asking for a room with no maintenance. At first, the staff kept saying that the rooms were full, finally they agreed that we could check out today and check in later for a room with no maintenance after a not very short negotiation.

Location was great near JR Nara station walking distance. Arrived early from overnight express bus and they kindly put up my luggage till 3:00pm check in. Likewise check out time 11:00 and was able to freely store my luggage till my night bus departure. Wifi is great and overall the price and service provided by staff was excellent. Amenities shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels all in the room, while toothbrush/toothpaste, combs, razors, sleeping gowns etc downstairs near the elevator entrance for convenience.

Maybe buffet breakfast since there wasn’t any or perhaps obento boxes for selling? But then again it’s near Nara station where MOS burger other restaurants open early, convenience stores too.

The location is good, right in front of the train station, if you enjoy walking you have most major attractions by walking distance, the room was small but warm and cozy and I always appreciate having a smart TV in the room

The offer breakfast until 9:30 am, which is a decent time, but when I asked if I could still have breakfast at 9 o’clock they told me that they would close the restaurant in 15 minutes (9:15) not nice if you enjoy getting up a bit later like me

The staff was very nice and helpful. The double room was quite large and comfortable. There are landromats on 2 different floors. The hotel is very close to Nara station, and it's a great and cheaper location, allowing us to visit Osaka and Kyoto as well.

Room cleaning wasn't available unless specifically asked for.

Best location! Very close to station. Staff are friendly and can speak some English. Clean, small room but meets my basic needs. Microwave on the first floor. Can store luggage after check out and before check in. Bed is very firm but it's good with me.

The washlet is not hands free. You need to hold it down while using. I asked about luggage transfer to another city, and staff of 2 different days told me 2 different things...

Very good location, close to JR and in 20 min walk to main city attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room is pretty small as it is considered as a single room with double bad, but for the price we paid it was one of the best accommodations.

The location was good, close to train station and convenience store. We stayed for a night so we don’t have any complaints. There are many parking lots close to the hotel. Its close to Nara park as well.

Pillows were hard. The step to enter bathroom could be difficult with someone with knee or a leg problem.

The location is super good，5 minutes walk to the railway station, and every infrastructure was maintained properly. Friendly and well-trained staffs.

I would suggest to cover a soft mattress on the bed since the bed is relatively hard, maybe the staffs can practice English more.

The entrance to the building did not have a non-smoking zone. It was unpleasant to walk in as smokers blew their cigarettes our way.

Very easy to get to from JR Nara station. Staff is friendly. We could keep our luggage at the hotel before check in time. Very straightforward check-in procedure.

Room is quite small but that is expected of many hotels here in Japan.
