We hesitated to book this hotel as it seemed a bit odd and tropical themed. However, we LOVED it. The location is fantastic. It is in the very cool and vintage shopping area of America Mura, a few minutes to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Suji. Everything is right there. However, you won’t want to leave the brilliant lobby. The open bar, popcorn machine, ice cream freezer, curry and dozens of baskets of toiletry samples was insane. Then there was the karaoke room and massage chairs………..

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Close to Osaka Namba Station and Namba Station. So you can Easily ride on the main Osaka subway/train lines for Osaka travel. Great location to see around Dotonbori-Shinsai-Bashi. Almost everything you need for a stay are in the room. I thought, 'Wow, there's even this.' The room structure was also very convenient (although it was awkward that the step difference was a little high in the room), and many amenities were placed in the lobby, making it easy to use as much as you need. There are free self-snekbar and drinkbar in the lobby. Room cleaning is charged, but basic things such as replenishing amenities and replacing towels are free of charge.

If you go out of the hotel even for a short time, you have to leave your key at the front desk. There was no problem because the staff is always there 24 hours a day, but you have to leave the key even if you go to the convenience store for a while. Personally, it was a little uncomfortable. There was nothing else.

They had a great selection of free alcohol, curry, ice cream and snacks in the lobby and it was all you could eat/drink. Not only that but they had darts and karaoke that was included in the stay, massage chairs and a great bath tub and TV. Room size was quite spacious for Japan and right next to dōtonbori.

I wish you could turn off the automatic light in the room, as it gets annoying being blinded when ever you need to take a pee in the middle of the night.

Amazing hotel! Never seen a place that offers free alcohol and food to that level in the lobby, along with face masks and other spa products free of charge. The hotel was amazing, great staff, the rooms are awesome for spa baths and relaxing in a comfy bed all at a reasonable price and great location walking around. Highly recommend it!

The front desk staff noticed the language barrier and immediately opened up his translation app to help clarify what he meant. They also let me check in 2 hours early, and I am so grateful for that. This was also during the time when they had free curry and ice cream out for guests. There is unlimited alcohol for guests, and that's located in the Lobby, where there are also massage chairs and a dart board. On the TV in the room, you can order room service for things like food, and board games to name a couple things. The bed was THE most comfortable bed I've had throughout my 19 day trip throughout Japan, and I've stayed in mostly 5-star accommodations.

I was mistakenly assigned a room that had not been cleaned yet. I went back down to the front desk, who apologized profusely, and immediately assigned me a new room.

Amazing hotel to stay at! They have amazing tubs with jets in it and unlimited free amenities such as things to put in the baths, massage chairs, unlimited alcohol in the lobby, ice cream, popcorn, chicken curry and more. Really exceeded the expectations of awesome amenities! Great location as well next to all the popular street food.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and they give so many free amenities! I travel with 2 kids and they loved the free snacks and drinks. Perfect location, close to Dotonbori and great shopping.

Everything. There is an awesome first level full of freebies. get all the free stuff. free ice cream, free alcohol, free face masks, free bubble bath. The place is fun. the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Wasn't sure if we'd love a love hotel stay, but we actually adored it. Nice big bed, huge shower/bath, separate toilet room, and tons of free goods in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the free drinks and dart play in the lobby, while watching the guests come in. Very fun place.

Some parts of the room were dusty, and our room smelled like smoke when we arrived. We opened a window, ran the ac and separate fans they have and that helped. Room felt a little cluttered so we moved the furniture around which helped.

Free food, alcohol, ice cream, snacks, and tons of other freebies. Beautiful vibe in the room and lobby. Tub was luxurious, many amenities provided. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the heart of Osaka.
