Location was excellent, just off dontonburi, many restaurants, shops and Convenience stores around. Five mins walk to Namba station. Hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the action. 10 mins walk to the Kuromon market. It was great value for money right in the dotonburi area which really lights up at night and buzzes with street vendors, yet it is very quiet. I only paid AUD207 for 2 nights. The hotel room is compact but it is clean and comfy and you're out all day anyway! Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Budget friendly

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow, it was flat and quite hard. The shower pressure also kept going down by itself.

Very close to main strip of Dotonbori, on the left side when exiting hotel at end of street. When exiting hotel, left side (1 min walk) is family mart and 7/11 (1 min walk) is on the right when you exit the hotel. Namba station is about 5-10min walk depending on which entrance/exit of the station you take. Hotel room is small which isn’t unusual for japan but not as small as some hotels we stayed in during our time in tokyo. Room fit Two big suitcases, 2 small carry on luggage and a compressed stroller all under the bed which helped! Aircon is very strong in the room which is great as room gets stuffy but then gets too cold quickly lol (not a big issue). Room fit the three of us (husband and 1 year old), bub slept well at night, shower pressure and temp was good! Great Amenities, hair ties, cotton buds, plastic brush, tooth brush/paste, etc.

The laundry isn’t really family friendly, the laundry detergent we were told automatically dispenses when you put a washing load on (machine only takes 100 yen coins ONLY), you can get notes exchanged for yens at reception. Our clothes didn’t seem like it was washed with anything as it came out still dirty and no scent, the dryer took 2 hours and our clothes still weren’t dry, apparently there’s a laundro mat near by but we didn’t want to waste another $20 (aud conversion). Laundro mat in hotel would more likely suit people with light loads to wash/dry - if using the washing machine best to have a small load! dryer worked best when least amount of clothes were put in - better to use local landro mat for family washing :)

The hotel in the heart of action. Minutes away walking from best bars and clubs. Also, what is VERY rare in Japan. Sound isolation, you could barely hear anything. The private bathroom is small but very well made, really good showers, easy to regulate water temperature. Good internet. Really good option if you need some thicker walls because you don't want your neighbours to hear you discussing business (if you know what I mean) ;) The room was small but the bed was high so a proper suitcase fits underneath, saving space.

The carpet was maybe a bit worn out. And you should be aware that the room is quite tiny. It didn't bother me but maybe for someone it will be an issue.

Clean rooms and standard facilities such as washing machine, ice maker etc. Very good location for staying in Osaka. This hotel located near by Namba metro station which is a center of everything such as lots of metro lines for transferring, bus stops, rental car centers, shopping streets, restaurants and many more.

Night sound was too loud, people talking loudly on the street. Double room is very small size. Couldn’t open big luggage.

It was very well located, many connections to JR lines and local metros. Everything was very clean, the public baths opens until midnight from 15:00 and it was really great (it has one for women and one for men). We sent our luggages one day before our arrival and it went super smooth as we picked them up during the check in

The check in was a bit chaotic. Since they only allow guests to do it from 15:00 (not a minute earlier), we arrived an hour earlier so we went for food. After coming back (15:03) there was a queue going outside the building from all the people waiting. They should allow people to check in a bit earlier if the rooms are ready to avoid that

One of our group member got sick during the stay, the staff were very assistive to find the medical facility, and Mr . Kajino, one of their staff, also accompanied us to the hospital to help us communicate with the healthcare personnels there. We really appreciate their help and their service mind especially Mr. Kajino. The hotel location is good, short walking distance to the Glico signs and favorite shopping malls. Bed were comfy and there were space under the bed to keep our luggage, make the room more spacious.

We were there during autumn, so the air conditioner turned as heater mode. We needed to open the window for the air circulation.

Bed is too soft, the mattress is sinking down. The smaller room on the 14th floor has ac blowing directly at your head/bed, so it was a bit hard to fall asleep even with weak wind option on ac. The staff barely speaks English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them if there's any issue, our local friend helped us get a slightly bigger room so the ac isnt blowing too close to our heads anymore. The checkout time is 10am which is an hour earlier than other hotels, it would be additional 1000 yen for each extra hour you want to stay past 10am.

Great location. Close to dotonburi and also bamba station. We are late dinner couple and love to drink so it’s great to have restaurant and bar in walking distance

We dont like house keeper. We were in hotel for 2 night and the second morning she knock and once no one answer she just open the door right the way. And then we said we still not wake up that’s around 10am and need more time to sleep and then she come again around almost 12 and when she knock then we said no not ready and suddenly she open the door for second time and ask what time we will be ready for her to come back then i said 1.30 she said 12.30 and we keep negotiate . I think as the time that we dont need to check out i dont think housekeeper should not interupted us.

Location is very excellent because it is only waking distance to Dotonbori which is the most popular tourist destination in osaka. Hotel is just nearby essential needs. Specially our favorite Don Quijote :) Walking distance to Train stations and all the restaurants.

It could be more better if the checkout of the hotels in Japan must be around 12nn. not 10am in the morning so we could rest/sleep more just like in other countries.

Hotel totally in the center of the city. Around a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, shops, markets. I didn't order breakfast but it was not a problem, as around was a lot of places to eat a breakfast or lunch or dinner. Personel very nice, kind and helpful. Houskeeping was every day: fresh towels, coffee, tea. Room very clean. As I am the smoker, I had possibility to smoke in the room. Room very small but it was not a problem at all. Access to the metro station a few meters from the hotel. Recommended.
