Breakfast included was awesome. The convenience of parking our car was great as well. We were steps from the tram which took you right into Old Town, and the subway was about a block away. This was really great! Comfy beds & nice showers allowed us to relax and unwind after long days. We also found a cute place for drinks that we frequented, and enjoyed the hotel bar.

The room was very warm when the sun was up. We were on the 6th floor and the window couldn’t open very wide. AC was promised in the hotel ad but it wasn’t figured out for us to use. That was the only downside. However breezy temperatures and cool nights allowed us to stay comfortable while sleeping.

Good location - tram stop right in front along with a grocery store. Restaurants nearby. Free breakfast was amazing, great variety. Room was quiet, bed comfortable.

Room size - designed for 2 people with bed, sofa and desk it would have been almost ok - with just enough space for 2 people to not run into each other on every step. But the room was sold as 3 person one with the sofa extended into a bed - covering all walking space. Bathroom was ok size but shower had weird design causing a big splatter of water all over the floor when shower was used. Closet space almost non-existing. Reception staff can be more pleasant.

The hotel and its interior are modern and internationally comfortable. Very nice furniture and mattresses. Wifi works. The location is ok, 1 min to the tram station, from where you can get to the city center fast. The walk takes apx. 35 mins (3 km) to Karlsplatz, where the city center starts. In additional 10 mins you see the Rathaus on Marienplatz and so on. The central train station is apx. 25 mins walking along the road. Can be done with bags without a taxi. The breakfast is very good - a wide range of food from meat to bakery, fruits, and drinks. You may make even Belgian waffles by yourself. Recommended for staying if you do not want to pay more for the place in the city center.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was excellent good spread and the staff was always there to replenish whatever was getting done. The front desk staff was very helpful as well and answered all our questions. The Tram is available just outside on the main road and the Main train station is very close by.

The room was small considering it's in the city area it's understandable. Otherwise, everything was great. They should have their own laundry and should provide laundry bags in the room.

We chose this hotel because it was close (as it seemed on the map) to the train station. In fact it's like a 15 minute walk from point A to point B, but still close and there's a tram line that takes you there from the city centre. The hotel is really good, all services and interiors of expected quality.

The breakfast area was not very spacious and got very crowded. No water access (bottles or instructions, where one can get fresh water). And the iron in the room was a nightmare to use, after 10 minutes trying to heat it up, turning the wheel back and forth, I just gave up.

Prices of drinks, parking commodities, price of parking. The location is great. It's really close to everything in three train stops. There's a great Vietnamese restaurant next by.

Cleaner men opened the door of the room to clean it when we were still inside, half naked Workers on the breakfast are overwhelmed, it's a bit caotic, and if you need "special care," like bread gluten-free or soja milk, you need to "disturb" them to get it because it's not available. Rooms are a bit small, and you can not close the door of the bathroom and the closet. You need to choose what you prefer to have open.

The wiffi went off the night before we left. We only rely on wiffi when on holiday.

Location is well connected, quiet and safe. Nearby grocery store and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, tidy, plenty and no wait. Very child friendly environment! I was happy to find a restaurant in the adjacent hotel, which welcomed me with my 16 month old at 8pm!!! Very kind, helpful and courteous staff.

Perhaps the light in the room: all lights are strong, and for my baby I would've appreciated a very soft light in bathroom/ hallway or dimmer for me to shower while she was already asleep. Very specific 😉

Location Room was spacious

Breakfast wasn’t that good; the cheese options were very basic and didn’t taste good. One coffee machine for cappuccino or macchiato so we had to wait in line to get our coffee ready, even for the waffle machine . The staff cleaned the room around 5:30 pm which is very bad if you wanna take a little nap afternoon before you go out at night. That was very annoying.
