The best option you can choose in Muscat, great hotel in quite location close to the beach and other restaurants. Pool area is great and open 24x7 for hotel guests. The amazing experience from check-in to check-out (also with transport to airport). I think, it's a waste of time to describe the lot of option for breakfast buffet :-). I hope we will return to this hotel soon.

room size are not as expected comparing to the price paid for 1 night, I have started the purpose of this night which is celebrating marriage anniversary and expected to found at least flower as other 5* hotel who have provided me flowers, cack and drinks, but here unfortunately I didn’t get any things, even the minibar not free only water free, just to be noticed other hotels are taking full care of their guests and if I paid such prices at least snakes and fruit in my room and breakfast included, here even the breakfast is too expensive, thank god that their are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance near by allowing guests to have their food with reasonable cost.

- The flexibility of staff responding to the customers' requirements and their professionalism. - The hotel and bathroom cleanliness. Quality of bed/pillows (had a great sleep). - Acessibility to the city centre and the Operah cafe's/restaurants. - Proximity to other ammenities and touristic places. - Overall wr had an AMAZING stay.

- I'm not much of this type of colourful decor! Would prefer the single tone light colours. However, I selected this hotel from a friends recommendation due yo the great customer service which we also personally experienced. - Balconi's are shaded by the GRC white material as borders and shadings. If it was left as glass, it would have given a better exposure to the sea while being in the room.

Cant find appropriate words to describe kindliness and engagement of staff. We nominate Nasser from Harvest restaurant to a special thanks we would like to express here. He left us speachless after sharing with us some local frankincense after having one of the nicest chats over a plate of shrimps. His genuine interest in guests needs and comfort is very unique, he added so much value to our stay and we are very grateful for that. Engagement of Mithaa at the restaurant desk was also above the standards to be experienced anywhere else. People truly are amazing here.

It is specified nowhere in the description that the hotel does not have a direct beach access. The beach is public, you have to exit the hotel from the back and cross a public pathway to access the beach. There is nothing provided by the hotel for the beach (chairs, towels, kiosk etc ), if I had known I don't think I would have booked here.

The W Muscat is a fantastic hotel with great facilities. However, what makes this hotel stand out from others hotels is its lovely people. We couldn't have asked for a better service; Hassan and Kafika by the pool were superb; Laila and Anbar in reception helped us with all sorts of enquiries. The ladies in the Spa were super accommodating and made our Spa experience really special. If you are thinking of visiting Muscat and want a super experience, this is the place. The hotel has lovely restaurants and the quality of the food is great.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My room was stunning, impeccably clean, and had many small touches that were very welcoming. The facilities are all impressive too. The pool is super clean and warm with plenty of places to sit and relax. You can easily access the public beach at the sea with your key card. There are many tours offered and taxis always available. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Every single person working there greeted me with a smile. The food at The Harvest restaurant is also excellent and the staff there also extremely friendly. Overall, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at and will stay here again when I return to Muscat. Highly recommend!

Second time I've stayed here and just had the best time! We got a great room that was facing the ocean and the staff were all very helpful and great! The pool is also the best and you can access the beach from the back of the hotel which is amazing HIGHLY recommend

Not an issue for me but we stayed on the weekend and there was lots of music and the pool had an event so if that's not your vibe maybe don't stay on the weekend. Though they give you earplugs and give full notice the music will be loud depending on your room so I think that's really thoughtful and what I think separates 5 star hotels - how thoughtful they are in anticipating their guests needs/wants

W hotel has its standards and this one definitely meets all of them - eclectic, posh, 100% customer-oriented. They have a superb Chinese restaurant, one of the best in Muscat, pool area is equipped with convenient cabanas which are plenty for everyone, the cocktails in the rooftop bar are extravagant and of a very good quality. Room service was also the top)

The beach by the hotel is unequipped, the early check-in service is available at two different costs (depending on who you deal with - as we requested it before arrival via the message we got the response that it is only possible with the payment for the whole day prior the arrival, however at the check-in procedure the lady at the reception was reasonable to just charge us for extra four hours…) And get ready that every little move would cost you arm and leg. But I guess that is the issue with all good Omani hotels.

I liked everything about this hotel especially it got vibes, very suitable for youngsters. In addition, I would like to give a warm and special thanks for Mohammed Al-Shamkhi and Sana'a Al-Blooshi (Reception) for their epic service and continuous smile. They will help you with everything you need, smooth and professional handling and very friendly which gives you the feeling as if you know them for a long time, they are professionals and not anyone can achieve this level, I wish them the best in their career and future and hope to see them in higher ranks, they totally deserve it. Furthermore, Karen the star of the (Living Room) where you get your order in an eye blink, with a warm smile without mistakes. Karen completes the (Living Room) and not the way around. W Muscat is a special place and the people who work there makes it more special. By the end of the day it's all about good times. Thank you guys for everything. See you again soon :)

W Muscat should take more care of guests who stay for long durations. More offers, discounts and upgrades will do us really good.
