This is new hotel and although the surrounding area still under development, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, comfortable and most importantly to me, the staff is absolutely amazing! So attentive, friendly, helpful and always there to answer any questions or give wonderful recommendations. We had an amazing stay in Porto! It also helps that Bolt (our Uber, and must to have app in Europe), is so incredibly inexpensive and so easy to use. We went almost everywhere by Bolt and loved talking to our drivers. ♥️🇵🇹🌺 Oh, the the pool - it’s kinda silly to Zoe d a whole day by the pool when you have so much to see and experience, BUT, it is so lovely and clean and refreshing that we used it every single day! 😍

We had breakfast included with our stay, although lovely and fresh, variety is lacking if you are staying g there for several days. Also note, if you want any different type of eggs prepared, you need to ask for it, it’s not advertised, but they are more than happy to prepare!

The hotel is immaculate. The room was a generous size, stylish and well equipped with robes and a nespresso machine. The pool is undeniably stylish and the roof top bar area is really pleasant to spend time at. Breakfast was great too in terms of selection and quality. The hotel is clearly striving to provide an excellent service, staff are attentive and responsive. The location is slightly out of town; about a 15-20mins walk to the main areas with little in the immediate environs. I found this an advantage as the main areas are very congested.

The lighting system in the room was vastly complex. It created a lovely ambient light but the combination of 24 switches was slightly irritating. The pool area serves drinks but no snacks at all or light meals. There was at times a lack of staff: I had to wait about 15mins for someone to come to reception who could take payment for my room bill.

Thé rooftop bar gym, and restaurant are all very well designed and beautiful spaces. Breakfast is excellent and everyone is very friendly.

Location a little far from the centre. Not an issue if you like to walk.

Amazing hotel. Such a great staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of parking space (paid). Amazing pool, next to the gym, great for a quick dive after working out. The location is also great, in a quiet street, not in the bustling center, but right next to a metro station and a short walk to all the cool stuff in Porto. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with kids.

1) The free wifi is capped to force you to buy a daily pass. Annoying for a high end hotel. 2) The gym is quite new but it is quite limited in terms of equipment. It was often full.

It’s very modern and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were great! Especially the pool and bedroom it is an exact copy of how it’s shown on pictures. Overall an excellent price for the hotel itself and for the location. It is within walking distance of feb majority of major attractions!

The price for the room service are fairly expensive given the local surroundings. So I would recommend going out and getting food instead. Another thing I didn’t like was regarding the bathroom it isn’t a huge issue but just the sink doesn’t drain properly as it is completely for so the water just stays on the edges; the water pressure in the sink isn’t great either. Last thing, I’m not a gym goer personally but my boyfriend is and he complained about a lack of bench to workout properly. But other than that it is an excellent stay!

The hotel is beautiful, spotless and the amenities are great (gym, pool). The staff are honestly incredible and made our stay. They go out of their way to make sure you're having a great time and all your needs are met. The pool has a stunning view and the rooftop bar is open until 23pm with lovely drinks and snacks. The downstairs bar is open until 01am so you can always have a drink to unwind after a night out in Porto. The hotel is a two minute walk from a metro station and a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

The warm food at the breakfast buffet was a little on the cold side for our liking, but that is possibly the only negative I can think of!

The location of the hotel is perfect - ten minutes walk to the city center and 3 minutes to the metro station. The whole staff was really friendly. The bed was the best one we have ever slept in. The pool on the roof top is nice and was never too crowded. The breakfast included basically everything you would expect. We liked especially the fresh orange juice.

Sad that there is no vegetarian food on the rooftop bar. They offered us the tuna salad without the tuna, but unfortunately we still had to pay the full price for it - which was € 16 for some lettuce leaves and two potatoes. I can definitely say that this was the most expensive salad I ever had. Also the air condition in the fitness studio didn't work and it had like 30° in it.

I love everything in this hotel, staff were very attentive, kind and warm. This is a new hotel so the facilities are in perfect state, the hotel has a very nice interior and smells fresh, the rooms are elegant, clean and spacious , the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is so chic. The heated infinity pool is a bonus with a nice view of the city. Staff in the restaurant (breakfast) are exceptionally attentive and I love that they serve freshly squeezed orange juices. We also appreciate the hotel's gesture of sending us a bottle of champagne and a cake to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary.

We had a great and very comfortable stay. At The end of The day I looked forward to going back to the hotel because of the serene colours and how comfy it was. - Room was very neat - staff was very friendly - room design very enjoyable - bed so comfy - Facilities were good - Pool was nice - Very soundproof

Actually Its hard to think about any since it was so nice but: - if you are old and have troubles with walking the location is quite far, about 30 min walking to the river . But walking is good for your health so for us it was not a problem. - The view and the surroundings is not so Nice but there is work in progress there so that will change.
