The check-in was quick and easy. The TV had several British TV channels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the coffee machine was great (and you could drink as many drinks as you desired). They even had a machine that makes your own pancakes (simply press a button and it drops the mix onto a conveyor belt and cooks them perfectly). The staff ensure the breakfast area remains spotless!

The iron in my room did not work and it was not replaced during my 5 night stay (The staff did offer an alternative Iron but I needed to return it to the reception). My room faced a very noisy Car wash.

We arrived very late at night and it was still possible to check in at 1 am Rooms were warm, even a bit too warm and Windows were well isolated, so we didn't hear any noise from the busy street. Black out curtains very good. Breakfast was included in the price and the highlight was the pancake machine. In general breakfast variety was ok. One of our kids threw down the milk dispenser at breakfast by accident and milk and glass pieces made a big mess on the floor but the staff was super nice and they were not angry or at least they didn't show it.

We came by train from the airport Cologne/Bonn and it was quite a bit to walk until the hotel from the train station.

Great bar/restaurant across the road..also a Italian restaurant next door garage near for what ever you want..and less that 10 min walk to train..where you can go what ever direction you want klon or bonn or even a few stops up the line or further a field..comfy bed and breakfast was all you would need to set you up for the day..highly recommend ..rooms very quiet and also a McDonald's within walking distance..10/10 for this hotel

Not really anything I disliked..but a common area outside with seating for none smokers would be nice..just to sit and relax

Breakfast was far better than expected with a good choice of food and drinks, The staff helped us with a room mix up and sorted this out quickly and without fuss and the beds and temperature was comfortable and the place is clean. There are a few restaurants and shops nearby that are available for a quick bite to eat or to pick up some basics.

The hotel is near the Motorway (no problem. We knew that) but this means that the majority of guests are coming by car. A $14 euro parking surcharge for one night was not so good.

Generally, my stay here was good. The bed was very much comfortable. The breakfast was fine with quite some options. It is also close to the highway with nice traffic connections using the car.

The location is not suitable for travellers using the public transport. And the gas/oil price from the nearby gas station is much higher than other gas stations. Be cautious if you would like to fill your tank.

There was plenty of parking. The rooms were very clean, compact and practical. Reception very helpful and good English speakers. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. They had Cereals, fruit salad, breads/croissants and boiled eggs, no hot options.

Our email messages were never answered, nor received we an answer to our booking.com app holiday inn troisdorf. We are still waiting to receive an invoice that was asked for in the confirmation of the booking. The hotel had our company's credit card details but they wanted the day of the stay in addition the credit card of one of the guests as guarantee. We had to phone the hotel before the guests left otherwise they charged the wrong credit card. We told the hotel by phone the company's credit card details and our guests could leave. We were promised an invoice sent by email. We are still waiting. We will not book this hotel again if our accounting service is suffering such nonsense

We had a great breakfast exceeding expectations for the price (pancake maker, egg options and a nice variety) A lot parking space available - great place to stay if you visit Phantasialand and need to stay over night.

Nice room, very clean, new furniture, the bed is very comfortable but the couch can be better. The bathroom is small but new and clean. The breakfast was good. You have also restaurants in the area.

The location is not the best for people who want to visit the town and have no car. It is near highway and a gas station. The room for a family with 2 kids is small but for us was not a big problem because we stayed only one night in our way to Phantasialand.

Exceptionally good stay. Easy access, room and bathroom perfectly clean, well equipped, very much appreciated kettle and coffee-making facility in the room. Breakfast was included and it is very good!! Train station and shops at walking distance, though not around the corner. Highly recommended.
