The location is very convenient, many bars, snack stalls, shopping streets nearby. Staffs are very helpful and kind with adequated English. Room is very clean perfectly. Daily housekeeping is exceptional superb. Sufficient lightening in room. I like the design of separated bathroom and toilet.

The check-in machine wasn't effiecient since many guests had to check in manually. The machines are redundant as staffs are far better than that. Low pitch sound of air-conditioner is a little bit annoying. Obvious dust was accumulated on the air-purifier vent. Hope there is a water dispenser in lobby. The above just a little bit flaw. As a whole, this hotel is exceptional!

The robot check-in was easy and not as intimidating as I expected it to be. Plenty of food, shopping, and coffee in the area. Additionally, it is extremely close to the lights for those who want to take a stroll in the Osaka night lights of Dotonbori or Shinsaibasuji. The human staff were great as well. The bed was a weird French thing, but this is the hen na, so I gave it a try, and in the end I approve of the weird space future mattress.

The robot concierge was useless. So I don't recommend paying the upgrade. It was only a 2 dollar difference for me, but it was definitely not worth it. While I appreciate the japanese bath and toilet being in separate spaces, the water closet was a bit smaller for those taller than 6ft 2. Additionally, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work (as in it would not turn on.)

We booked 3 Robot Rooms - all the rooms with robot concierge are on the 3rd floor. Loved the Robot Dinosaurs at the front desk - it made our check in fun. The staff also helped celebrate our son’s birthday with towel art and a printed out Happy Birthday sign which we appreciated. The rooms were modern and clean. Liked that the toilet, bathroom and sink were separate which was good for sharing. Close to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi Station. Staff were helpful but were limited with their English but did their best to accomodate our requests. Breakfast was ok to get us through the morning but not the best.

If I had to nitpick, the robot concierge in our rooms did not really work for us because the instructions are in Japanese and the hotel does not help with luggage transfers but we still had an amazing stay.

The check in and luggage storage was smooth. Couldn't ask for a better location, near to all the busy spots of Osaka (max 5 min walk) but just out of it enough to get a good night's sleep. Having a laundry room was useful - have lots of 100 yen coins if you plan to use it! Comfortable beds and the staff did an excellent job of refreshing the room and towels daily. Lots of USB charging points as well, handy for portable gadgets.

The robot gimmick was a little underwhelming, I think technology has caught up so it might have been more impressive 5 years ago. The talking robot in my room was a bit weird and not all that helpful!

We loved Osaka and the novelty of the "dinosaurs" at check-in was a very fun touch to this reasonably priced hotel. Check-in is largely automated, but in person staff are very responsive to helping with any issues the dinosaurs can't fix :) The room was pretty spacious for two people, two beds and a bath. I liked the double-vanity layout in the main living space, which was great for getting ready separately. This was in the perfect area for walking straight to central tourist hubs or the subways. There were a decent amount of coin operated laundry machines, as well as a small collection of manga in the lobby.

We found this hotel a little hard to spot on the street and once you see the building's name sign, you need to walk a little further into an alleyway to find it, but their signage led us in the right direction,

Check in was super easy. The name I registered with was slightly off from my passport, but a human staff came out from the back and quickly updated the reservation info. It’s in an amazing location with tons of things to do near by, but the noise will not keep you awake at night. Close walk to the stations for traveling each day. And 4 convince stores within a 3 minute walk. The hotel area is pretty busy with people, but we always felt safe regardless. Too many food options to try them all! Will definitely stay here my next osaka trip.

There’s a lot of signs on the street and the hotel sign doesn’t stand out so much. If you don’t know where you headed or maybe had too much to drink you could walk right past it.

Place was cozy and nice. Staff were friendly as well. Some amenities were provided at the ground floor for us to take and use. Lockers were provided to use for luggage storage during day of check-in/check-out. Lawson and family mart are very near to the place, there are also restaurants around the area. Place is about 5-10min to shinsaibashi Station and about 10-15min walk to namba Station. Dotonburi is within walkable distance with many food and shopping options around the area.

Room was a little small. Quite squeezy for 2 person with 2 big and 2 small luggage.

It's a very convenient and good value hotel. The room was clean and comfortable enough at the price point. The location is handy for Dotonburi and other nearby areas. It's very safe and the luggage storage was brilliant for us.

The "robot" dinosaurs in reception are just animatronic and don't actually interact with you but that was fine really. Just don't expect robots. Robohon in our room only seemed to offer very basic robot functions also. We had no view to speak of but it was only a one night stay.

We loved everything about this place, the location is perfect for all the retro clothing shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you want to see is within a short walking distance. The twin room had very comfortable beds. The room is small but really well designed and practical. All the facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for comfort, value for money and location. The Dinosaur robots are a great quirky addition, and if you do have any problems, there are friendly, helpful staff available too... Excellent!!!!

Very little space, only four hangers for clothes, we didn’t know where to put our clothes, we have to jump over our suitcases all the time I really don’t recommend breakfast if you have some diet restrictions. There is not much choices. After two days we contacted staff for refund our next breakfasts as we didn’t want them anymore.
