We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Club Room. Well worth the cost. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The Club Rooms come with a private balcony that overlooks a sea of lush greenery. This was a refreshing change from our usual concrete jungle views! The balcony provided a nice alcove to unwind at. Club guests also have exclusive access to the Club Lounge. Staff are really friendly! They will aim to serve you at their best. I especially want to commend Samy and Ash at the Club Lounge for their great and impeccable service. They were very professional, kind and friendly! All other staff in the hotel are like them - amazing service and friendliness. The reception staff are polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to approach any staff for help should you need it! They also provide power adaptors, which allowed us to charge our devices anywhere if required. The hotel is location is great and commuting is easy. The concierge was very helpful and professional. Overall an impressive, welcoming and very enjoyable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

There was really little we did not like about this hotel.

1. Location is at the best area of singapore right at the orchard Road 2. Staff consider friendly esp on SG standard 3. Room is spacious 4. There is a water jug inside the room 5. Have a working desk also, to do a bit of online meeting 6. Price when I stayed according very reasonable

Club lounge with very friendly staff. Breakfast provided in White Marble. Excellent complimentary laundry service with club room.

Given a room probably a family room with adjoining door. Able to hear late night early morning telephone conversations of long term resident next door. Room with balcony but no chairs. Only offered another bedroom chair to put on balcony when queried.

My room was quite big and I had a nice view on the pool. I didn’t have breakfast because I’ve thing was overpriced..

Your toilet tile need to be updated. I didn’t like that was no hose in the shower so my hair was always wet.. I don’t like to wear a shower hat

We got upgraded to a bigger family room And the room is very very spacious Separate shower and tub area The pool was great, the kids had a blast Any requests we had was delivered promptly It was quiet at night despite the busy area the hotel was located at

Some room amenities could do with an upgrade considering their price point, e.g., bidet for WC, more apps or cast function for the TV (currently, only YouTube is available) Maybe just personal preference but I found the mattress too firm and the pillows too soft A bit more seats at the lobby area might be helpful, as I had to wait a bit to get checked-in, and I had elderly and kids with me I don't mind waiting but a bit of acknowledgment from the front desk that they'll be with me shortly would give a more welcoming feeling. (I'm the first person in line but the staff were busy doing something else)

The hotel staff were very accommodating and during out two stays helped us by allowing us to shower on arrival in Singapore even though our rooms were not ready at that point, storing our luggage prior to our flights and gave us advice on possible activities and excursions. The room was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop area around the swimming pool was particularly pleasant.

The choices at breakfast were fairly limited and the western cooked breakfast was not based on pork products and always involved scrambled egg and only occasionally grilled tomatoes. This made it less flavoursome.

This was the first time we have stopped at the Orchard Rendezvous, on our previous visits to Singapore we have stopped at one of the larger chains but we liked the look of their website and so we booked a pool view room with Club Lounge access. It turned out to be a great choice, with a comfortable room with a minibar restocked daily (non alcoholic), a quiet restful club lounge with adequate breakfast and evening canapés available whilst the ever attentive staff supplied our evening Prosecco, beer or cocktails. Many thanks to Jea, Ash, Sofi and Samy for making our holiday perfect!

Can’t fault anything!

The room is spacious, good for two adults and one 11-year-old kid which I have requested online before checking into the room. Love the front desk and bell boy staff as they are thoughtful, caring able to cater to our queries.

the room I requested is for 3 persons, but the towels provided only for 2 persons. I have called at least 2 times housekeeping for extra towel, before it was delivered to my room. Suggestion perhaps the hotel can do better check from the front desk to provide number of guests in which room (Afterall, I purchased this room slightly higher rate due to number occupancy allowed in one room), for hotel to provide sufficient all item require in the bathroom.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious and beautifully appointed rooms provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere! The location was perfect making it easy to explore the city and catch taxis from right outside the hotel and the staff also assist you. The staff were amazing and friendly (especially Lory) who went above and beyond to help us during the stay. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast that was served every morning of our stay which added so much convenience and enjoyment to our stay, the pool area was clean and spacious and we were able to have early morning and night swims. The mini fridge was topped up daily and I truly couldn't recommend this hotel enough! :)

Nothing! Everything was so amazing

- very friendly and attentitiv staff at reception front desk, in particular Vayne Goh - also Abby in the coffee lounge area was very friendly - great location, very convenient to shopping malls and transport link on Orchard Rd - room facing swimming pool area are better/ nicer - technical repair man was quick to attend and solve issues with TV and room telephone which reception arranged - rooms had clothes rack which was ideal for drying towels - for the price and convenience will definitely return back

- hotel could do with an update of its furniture - initially had a room facing carpark which had a stuffy smell, we asked to move rooms which was kindly arranged - had to ask reception to ask house keeping to clean floor after first night as not done (had accidentally spilled some crumbs which we tried best to clean self off floor but assumed that house keeping would sweep up in morning but did not) - reception area could do with some chairs at entrance for waiting on taxi
