Staff at Simaisma was amazing especially Mareil,Ardo and Santosh thank you for making it amazing trip, the whole staff were kind and friendly which made our stay even more pleasant. The accommodation was lovely but if you want to visit Qatar then trying to get about this is a little out of your way. I would like to add that if it could add more food options at night for vegetarians and maybe change around themes off the food to make it fun for kids too, otherwise the service provided was great.

Excellent Resort very high-quality rooms and villas. The staff and reception were very professional. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Overall, it's the best destination for families to enjoy the weekend.

We stayed at the resort to celebrate our daughter’s 1st birthday at their restaurant (Awtar Restaurant). Everything went well. We had a great time. Special thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sir Aldin, who assisted us all throughout. He was very hands-on and made sure that everything was going well. Kudos also to the staff who are all very accommodating and made our party smooth while also taking care of our needs and requests. The food was also superb, thanks to Chef Reda. We really enjoyed it. Lastly, after the tiring party, we got to rest and sleep comfortably in our villa. It was so huge and worth it.

Everything was perfect, I stayed with my family in the three-bedroom vila which was very spacious, clean and relaxing, no noise or anything that bothered us, we were able to barbeque and enjoy, later in the day we went to the pool and sea side were we sat and we had lots of fun time. overall it was an amazing weekend for us. The breakfast on the next day was really nice and it had many options. I would like to thank the person who checked us in and the lady who checked us out ( unfortunately I can't remember their names), and also the housekeeping guy Jamil was really helpful and welcoming special thanks to him also.

The villa was clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pools were very nice, clean and the temperature is controlled, this goes to the private pool too. The breakfast is very good and has good Variety. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only comment I have is the kitchenware is only available on request and you don't get a full set to do major cooking. Other than that this is a highly recommended place to visit with the family.

The ambiance was so relaxing / perfect weather at all times during our stay and the villas was so comfortable easy access to the play ground and beach / pool area.

as always the staff are so nice and the service was so fast, especially Santosh who managed to arrange my request to get a 4 villa.. also Priyanka and Anouf who’s giving us a quick service.

Professionalism, attentiveness, friendliness and focused nature of Staff is to be applauded. Ms Yuni is a star🌟, Duty Manager, Murshid, Security that was on duty on 27 May 2022, gentleman driving the cart and Restaurant Staff, wooow they are an asset to the Resort! The Resort is very clean please keep it up especially inside the Villas and furniture is kept clean!

The fact that there is only 1 beach swing and its everyone wants to use it. The Villas should atleast have small liquid for dishwashing in the event its needed.

I like the design of the rooms that’s includes convenience and modern style! I hate when there is a lot of greenery around, it is calm and quiet and there is enough privacy let’s say perfect place for birthday celebration and I live the staff there🙏🏻 big thanx for big heart and good job to Yuni , she is such a great worker, she helped in all questions and even take as a small note that I have birthday and made a cutest preparation in our Willa) thanx to all staff they are super kind

The resort is clean with lots of amenities. The villa is very spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is good, too. We will come back to the place definitely.

They always run out of towel in the pool area. There is no enough plates and cutleries for 6 people in the villa though when you request to bring more they do. Same thing in the toilets, no enough toiletries.

Our villa is superb! Very clean and spacious!The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out at 2pm from the usual 12pm. Because of that we were able to enjoy strolling and swimming for another two hours. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends! And I would like to make special mention to Yuni who has been very nice and accomodating to us since day one til departure.We would definitely come back! -- Villa17(Teddy)
