The room size was big and very big bathroom

It is very noisy at night because of the night clubs at the roof and the looby Not suitable for family

Easy to access the hotel,the staff is friendly and very helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. I was in 106,very spacious ,clean and the bed was soft and comfortable, had the best sleep. I would definitely love to go back for a longer stay as this was one night . I enjoyed their breakfast, best omelette. Its great value for money especially me who does solo vacations,affordable price is my no one priority. Lovely place with amazing staff. Special thank you to Gulam,(sorry if I spelt it wrong) by the pool,thank you offering to take my pictures, you made my day. Keep up the amazing work.

1.There was no bath tub ,only shower. The shower is big ,lovely but l would hv prefered a Bathtub. I like to soak myself from time to time to destress as my apartment only has shower as well. During Staycation I would like to have a bubble bath and listen to some soft music and unwind The pool times are not user friendly 8am to 6pm in the Doha sun is a big NO.....

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service provided by the front desk workers, especially the young Arabic gentleman (whose name I unfortunately don't know). They were attentive and professional. However, I'd like to provide some feedback on the breakfast buffet. While our overall experience was positive, we found the breakfast options to be quite basic with limited choices. On a positive note, the food servers were attentive and displayed excellent manners.

The location is great. And something that should be mentioned ✍🏻 I highly appreciate Miss Keltoum’s cooperation, and honesty. She’s very welcoming & whenever we need help in her shift she’s more than happy to assist us.

It’s a night club that’s a bit annoying for families Plus the gym isn’t clean

The stylish hotel and the view..

Arabic Staff in Reception please be more accommodating..i just called reception if i can have a late check out and a filipina lady answered that i can stay until 1pm due to its fully booked which is i understand and agreed to her..but there is an arabic lady who called me after an hour and insisting to me that i need check out on or before 12nn..which i inform her that i already agreed to someone that i will check out at 1pm..Anyways overall i enjoyed staying in Cielo and definitely come back again..

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cielo Hotel in Lusail. The hotel is modern and cozy at the same time. The interior is beautiful and I really enjoyed my large room and the comfortable bed and the huge bathroom. The hotel is located right next to a highway which is good to commute / get to places. I was surprised how quiet it was inside the room - I had a perfect sleep there. However, the best thing is the hotel staff. Everyone from the hotel staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I had issues finding a spot in Doha at a hospital for a Covid-Test. The Gentleman at the reception helped me to find the right hospital, provided me phone numbers and contacts so that I could take a Covid test (which I needed for my flight back home). As well, the staff at the reception helped me when my Etheraz-App was not working. Staying there felt like being at my home away from home and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the Cielo Hotel and I hope to be back there soon!

Everything was pretty good. The check-in was facilitated by the staff. I even had 2 separate bookings and they offered to combine then into 1 booking and were very easygoing and flexible. The location was very good for me as I needed to be in Lusail. The hotel is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and everything else is a 5-min drive. Room is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need in your stay. Housekeeping was pretty good. Tanvir made sure that anything I needed was done immediately. Thank you Tanvir for your help during my stay.

The design of the shower is designed in a way that leaks water into the rest of the bathroom so I was forced to use the tub most of the time to avoid having a flooded bathroom.

It was an excellent staying at this hotel. I just went for a night and everything was exceptional: Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and all facilities were outstanding. It is a great hotel.

There is nothing that I could say I didn't like. Everything was really good!

Great staff and breakfast buffet

There are no shower curtains. There are no English movies or stations other than news There is a noisy, smoking, lounge. Sport cars racing engines during the night.

We like how your Customer Agent greeted their customers and give information. We were well received and attended our needs accordingly.

At that time was Eid Holidays, so we requested if we can stay for late check-out, however, it was not granted. Also, if it's possible to allocate 2 ladies day for the swimming pool and strictly for the ladies excluding the male pool in-charge, then it will be great.
