everything was beyond expectations 🌟 very an excellent hotel.. the rooms are so clean and the toilet was another luxe story the staff was friendly and the hospitality was nice and the hotel was very luxurious furniture the hotel view also the location 📍

the room did not include breakfast and the only open restaurant at 7 am was offering an open buffet which was expensive for one person 170 QAR. we couldn't make it because I will be paying for 4 people for breakfast which was a lot on my budget :(

I like the outdoor . pools and slides for kids are amazing. staff is good . location is perfect. it is 5 min walk to vendome mall and 15 min walk from al maha island and lusail boulevard. ( these are the best places in Doha ) sushi samba rest and all other rest at the hotel are very delicious.

some of the staff need more experience and this will be solve by time and more training.

food is very expensive at the property!! construction ,every time we opened the balcony door we heard the noise from construction!

The overall quality and service of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was very spacious and stunningly furnished (as is the rest of the hotel) with a lovely view of the bay and partial sea view. The entire team of staff consistently went out of their way to deliver a 5 star service in all areas. The food was lovely and the location of the hotel is great as it's right opposite Doha's largest mall (open til 2am!) and nearby to other attractions.

I honestly can't think of anything which could have been better. It is very rare to have a completely faultless hotel stay but I genuinely could not think of one thing which we didn't like during our stay.

the hospitality was above our expectations. Staff always smiling and helpful makes us feel the luxury of staying at this hotel. From the minute we arrived everyone was offering all possible help. I have in many 5 stars hotels in Doha but this one so far is the best. The room was neat and clean. The balcony is an add on comparing to other hotels. The outdoor pool was heated so kids never wanted to leave it specially that it is not deep which makes it safer and for us as parents not to worry, plus each pool has 2 life guards. the water park although it is small but very enjoyable for the kids. The kids club was good but maybe need to consider more activities for older age like 9 & 10 but the lady there was welcoming the kids and smiling all the time. The food was good at the pool side and “by water” restaurant. breakfast was also good with the chef going around and asking everyone if they have any special requests..

The Hotel is Stunning, beautiful, new, modern, clean, confortable. The beach is pretty, has a soothing ambiance, the water is calm and clear. The personal is extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, very polite. The entire staff goes out of their way to satisfy guest. The Restaurants are specially decorated, the food is exquisite and qualitative. Close to the exclusive Place Vêndome Mall. We had really an amazing time, We are very thankful… Highly recommended… We will back soon…

I loved the room, pool, and friendliness of the staff. Service with a smile. On our way out, we were given a box of dates which was a nice gesture from the hotel.

There were alot of kids in the adult's pool which was sometimes annoying. Moreover, I wished that the lounging chairs have a bell to call the waiters. we have to wave for them or ask the lifeguards to get them for us.

The staff were nice and welcoming, always smiling and happy to accommodate all our requests. The breakfast collection was really nice and the beach and water features for the kids were great.

The driveway to the entrance was narrow which caused a long line of cars waiting for the valet and for checking in. although I assume this is only during the high season timings or maybe weekends? Some of the water entertainment features were highly priced, like the surfing wave.

Everything, especially the pools and the water jungle for my son, he really enjoyed, and also, the Kunuz Kids Club was great, too

On the last day, we had an issue with the A/C in our room. I informed the front desk about it, but unfortunately, they didn't resolve it although the explained that they already spoke to the technicians.

Exceptional service and every member of staff was friendly and polite. Loved The Highmore, the club at the top of the hotel.

Building work at the rear of the hotel to one side. We should have been advised by Booking.com. We had a good view of the crane driver from our window! The hotel sorted another room for us although initially they wanted to charge extra for the new room.
