This hotel was a wonderful hotel, the rooms were excellent, the staff were great and very helpful. We happened to check in on my birthday and they surprised me with a cake in our room (which was delicious and from Annabelle's), this made the time there very special. Could not fault the service or cleanliness of the property, facilities and rooms. The pools were fantastic, however due to the very loud music at the roof top pool (was hurting my husband's ears) we didn't get to enjoy this for very long. This pool would have been our preference because it didn't have the children splashing you like we did in the terrace pools at ground level.

Not sure if this occurs every weekend at the Outpost and this may be because we are older, however the pounding music that reverberated through our room on the Saturday night until after 11 was not what we would call enjoyable. Our departure was the next day and hoped for a decent night's sleep. We may have been the ones who chose the wrong type of accommodation to suit us as this may be the normal thing at a resort style hotel especially on a weekend. Because you pay extra for weekends, I would choose to stay at a quieter hotel moving forward.

1-the rooftop pool was great serving great cocktails and dishes. 2- the rooftop restaurant had delicious foods. 3-the design of the main pool in the 3rd floor was very beautiful however the guests of this hotel and Village Hotel share this pool. 4- at the checki-in they give a basket of complementary drink and cookies. 5- the toilet is a great Japan technology. 6- our room was facing the pool area creating a great view.

The entrance is from the parking area which was a bit bizarre. However the lobby was at the 2nd floor which was nice.

The hotel has a great location which close to Universal studios and sea acuariam. Also it is near the cable car The room was modern, clean and spacious. There was a welcoming drink which is very delicious and free 5 snacks. There is also a shattel bus which takes hotel guests to Vivo City (mall). We enjoyed our stay their. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be better if there was an extra bin inside the toilet

the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were fabulous to relax at. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms spotless and well appointed.

taxis from Marina Bay reluctant to go to Sentosa in the evening , needed to pat premium rate to return back. Rooms on the compact size.

Really nice hotel, brand new… rooms was small but perfect for a couple. Pool areas are amazing, however main pool is shared with 2 other hotels…. roof top is adults only.

Main pool is shared with 2 other hotels (which is most of the photos), lots of kids and water pistols, roof top is adults only…. Pool bar (L3) and room service are not chargeable to the room, cash or card. Annoying while at a swim up bar….

Beautiful new hotel nestled in the Resords World complex, within easy reach of most of the attractions Sentosa Island has to offer. Lovely staff greeted us at check-in and we were offered complimentary snacks to take to the room. The rooms are modern and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The addittion of a Nespresso pod machine was a nice touch. Well sized shower room with rain head and traditional shower head was nice. The room was also well stocked with plenty of amenities. We asked for a late check out and one was generously approved by the professional staff. The pool area is vast and shared with the Village Hotel next door. There are multiple pools with different depths and plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The lazy river is a fun touch for young and old alike. There's also a swim up bar which we used several times. All up a lovely stay.

The first day creamer was provided in the tea/coffee tray however on the subsequent days this was not replaced, only the sugar was replaced. Which was no big deal because I can take or leave creamer. The only other thing was the automatic toilet seat would keep going up and down until we realised the sliding toilet door needed to stay closed to stop that happening. Again, was no big deal.

The location was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Prince. My husband was ill and we were both very jet lagged when we arrived at 10am, and check in wasn’t until 3pm. The staff were so caring and made sure we could have our room immediately, so he could rest. We had a deluxe sea view room, with great views. The bed was comfy, and the room well appointed. You also get to pick your own complimentary snacks, which we thought was a nice touch. The pool area was lovely, especially the Lazy Rapids pool where you float on your back and the water gently pushes you around a course. Very, very relaxing after a hot day of sight seeing

Breakfast was not included in the room price, which considering the price we think it should have been.

Great location

the hotel states it’s an adult only hotel, but the pool is share with other hotels, which allow children to use the pool. That was very disappointing. Also states there is a room bar, again not true, your details need amending.

Room was not as small as we thought it would be. Beds are just the right firmness and there's also a small couch in the room. Overall clean, modern, comfortable and good view towards the sea.

Check-In experience was a hassle. Made reservations under booking.com with a credit card but unlike other hotels, this required their guests to make physical payment at their front desk before check-in. (they are unable to directly deduct from the credit card details) I made several room reservations for my family and extended family (It was a staycation treat) and was quite embarassed when one of them exclaimed that "What? the room is not paid for yet? We will just leave then." Information on Booking.com is confusing and perhaps the hotel should improve it.
