So the location was in the city centre, so literally, you are living between an open-door shopping centre. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was on top of their game.

So this is an intersting one, I booked a non-cancellation non-refundable at the hotel for 2 days, and somehow I had to cancel one day stay these guys were so nice they did not charge me, so who does that in this current world? On top of that, at their reception, there is this Anilton guy who treats the guest are their own house guest; he helped me in each and every possible way. I would recommend everyone who visiting Belgrade and wanna stay near the city centre, please do stay at theirs. They are 24 by 7 available, their management is really supportive to their staff and their staff is really supportive of the guests.

Great location and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff, no question there. The staff and cleaning crew were super friendly.

The air conditioner made loud clicking noises throughout the night. Also, the headboard clearly needed to be replaced due to two marks of people’s heads that wore through the fabric. The floor appeared to be covered in hair.

Place was good enough. Staff was always helpful about everything. Location was superb, in the heart of the city. We had some small problems but if I visit this city again I absolutely will stay in here.

Elevator was broken for 2 days, it did not work all the time. In our room wifi did not work very well - signal appeared and lost . Moreover, A/C was not working quietly, it had strange sound which made sleeping difficult. The rest was perfect.

The upgraded room in other building was awesome, modern, comfortable and cool, you are barely bothered in your room during stay. Staff was friendly. The location is great, easy to reach anything you want. Definitely come back to this Hotel if happen to have vacation in Belgrade again. The transfer from/to airport was smooth and comfortable despite problems in Belgrade airport, suggest to book.

The floor might need a little bit vacuum cleaned during the long stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, the room was neat and luxurious and it is all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is right in the heart of downtown Belgrade and there are shops, restaurants and things to do all around. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed and the airport ride was excellent.

I can’t think of anything I disliked about my stay here except that a larger sign indicating where the hotel is would definitely be helpful.

the service of the staff was amazing. Very responsive and always helpful. From organizing transfers to helping me check on lost luggage at the airport. Also room A1 was perfect, great size but I didn't get to try out the jacuzzi:). It was a bit noisy with street works nearby early mornings but nothing the hotel could do about that. When I first checked in I was given room A5 which looked quite different and smaller than the room I thought I had booked online, but the staff made no fuss and moved me to room A1 which was perfect.

The location is very close by to main city attractions. The hotel is also on the happening pedestrian street. Room Size was adequate, but bathroom was small.

If you are booking multiple rooms, you can get accomodated in different buildings, so if traveling in a group you need to know that. However, the buildings are quiet close and next to reach other. Bathroom was relatively small and the big door opening inside the bathroom made it even harder.

We liked it all basically. It is super centrally located. The beds are comfortable!!! They have two types of pillows!!! One low one and a high one… which is great. The bathrooms are clean. The beds have their private wall outlets on each side and you can control the lights from next to the bed.

The coffee machine’s didn’t work unfortunately. Also the soap smells not so great :) could be better

The room was right in the middle of the city centre. You are close to everything and you can walk easily to the main attractions. It was clean and the staff was so helpful. It was spacious and super warm and cozy

The elevator was kinda smelly and they should have changed the bedsheets

The location is good. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was great.

There is no curtain on the window against the bathroom (and neighbors windows are in front of it, just 2 meters away). The jacuzzi was too hot, and you can't manage its temperature, you can just wait. Building entrance door is very creaky, and you hear it, every opening and closing from your room.
