Clean, friendly and professional staff and very good breakfast

Not the hotel fault but the only issue is the noisy. You basically can hear what is going on in the adjacent rooms and in the corridors. I was there for work while the couple staying close to my room was there for fun… nothing against it but I’m not interested to wake up in the middle of the night because my neighbours are having wild (???) sex. It’s not the hotel responsibility if you have selfish or disrespectful guests, but if someone requests a quite room, please “listen”. For the rest was very good.

It was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and polite and always offered to help us with any issues we had. The rooms were very clean and nice, and housekeepers did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and had variety, I enjoyed it! In the room, we also found coffee capsules, tea, and a kettle (didn't use them because we aren't coffee or tea drinkers). The location is awesome since we were close enough to many tourist attractions, like Kamelegdan Fortress, Republic Square (is located right next to the hotel), Chocolate Museum, or Knez Mihailova Street. Even though there were many restaurants nearby and a lot of people, we never had issues with noise. I must mention another thing, the fact that the staff from reception helped us with calling a taxi when we checked out and left to the airport, taxi which arrived in 3-4 minutes, from a taxi company which is safe and the driver was also nice. All in all, they definitely deserve 10 out of 10! Thank you, Hotel Museum! If I ever come back to Belgrade, I will choose you again!

There is nothing that I could add here!

Fabulous location in the heart of the Old town right next to the Republic Square/National Museum so all sights of the town are either North, South, West or East from the hotel which makes planning a day out super easy. All major sights in the town are walking distance which was great and easy. Our room (top floor with balcony) was lovely. Stylish, clean, well maintained and with a lovely view of the square. The team helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations - all of which were excellent. Do be aware however that Serbian people smoke in restaurants (hard to believe nowadays) so do make sure you specify restaurants with non-smoking areas only. The breakfast is OK - mostly a meat/cheese selection but with a small amount of cereal/fruit for western tastes. But you certainly won't go hungry with freshly baked mini croissants every morning. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations - this is an excellent choice in every respect.

The room was quiet and most comfortable. Position was great and staff were charming

I thought breakfast was limited... much pork/ bacon and no beef (sausages) or fish. The staff also had limited knowledge of the city and were only comfortable to recommend very standard tourist spots. When I was looking for a layer deeper, they were stumped. I also had requested a double bed and double duvet which only happened after night one.

Very comfortable hotel right in the centre of Belgrade, a few steps from the main square. The room was beautifully furnished and we slept very well. There was some street noise from outside, but the insulation was quite good, so it was muted and did not disturb us too much. The staff were excellent - Vanja gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in, and everyone else was very friendly too. For example, the woman organising the breakfast made time to get a table set up for me on the patio and came to check if I needed anything, even though the room was packed and I could see she was extremely busy. Overall, a great place to stay.

Just small things, e.g. the shower door didn't seal properly, so water leaked on the bathroom floor. Also there was a light outside the window that seemed to stay on all night. The blackout curtains were enough to keep it out, but we prefer to sleep with the curtains open to get the morning light, and that wasn't possible here. But these small things were far outweighed by all the positive things, and we'd definitely go back.

This hotel is remarkable. All of the men who work the front desk are so kind. The man with the white hair checked me in around 11pm at night—he was/ is so kind. Next, I went up to my room, which was room 313. It was a simple but good room, very classy, with wooden walls in certain sections. The key is a card, the card needs to be put in the slot for the electricity to stay on. The room had many outlets, the sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, there was a phone, there were slippers, I think there was a robe too. There were two bottles of water, there was a mini fridge if I needed it. There were at least 6 wooden hangers in the closet. The bathroom had toiletries and the water got very hot ( which I love). Also, the water went down the drains easily( I hate it when I go to a hotel and the water does NOT go down the drain). I like how the hotel has the hotel logo on the tiles in the shower—it’s a small detail but I was impressed! I also liked the fact that the hotel respected my wishes not to have housekeeping attend to my room (sorry, I just don’t like people going into my room when I am not there). The front desk staff were so sweet, they gave me maps, an umbrella when it rained, and they told me places I should visit. Plus, Breakfast is AMAZING!! this place is in a great location- i could walk everywhere. I could walk to the water, the mall, the museums, cafes/restaurants -its the perfect place to stay!! (P.s- dear hotel, if you reply to my review, please do not use my full name in your review. Thanks)

The motion-sensored lights in the hallway-- but I know hotels around the world are doing this to conserve energy. So this is something I need to get used to.

The location in wonderful, just in the city centre and walking distance (up to 20 minutes) from the main sightseeings. Very good personal, who could answer all your questions and recommend nice (and even non-smoking!) restaurants. Our arrival was very early, but the hotel give us an option of early check-in in the other room for extra money, which was a crucial for us, as we were after night flight with a small kid. The breakfast is also very good quality and pretty various (for 3-days staying).

Location was great, the bed comfortable, the breakfast had a very nice selection. a very modern hotel.

The room smelled like cigarettes which I guess is a usual thing in Serbia.. the staff were not very polite - I asked then for a taxi to the airport and the guy told me quote “I’m busy, just go find it somewhere else yourself”.

Very friendly and helpful staff (at the reception and the guy from the breakfast), tasty breakfast with a lot choices (variety), free snacks and coffee in the afternoon, nice comfortable room and bathroom, the location in the heart of the city (no noise from outside if your room is at the back of the hotel), a lot of TV-channels

I could hear often the noise from the elevator (going up and down) because my room was near the elevator. Price a bit too high for Serbian norms but you stay in the most central part of Beograd.
