The staff were always friendly to approach and have kept our room clean daily. It’s nearer to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and would be the better station to go to.

The laundry room only had 2 washing machines and it takes 2 hours for a laundry job to complete. A lot of other tourists were using it and we had to wait for quite some time to get our laundry done.

Breakfast was good, well mixed Asian and western food. Room was clean and cleaned on a daily basis and it had a nice view. Service, especially restaurant staff was awesome. Very lively area - bars, restaurants, supermarkets, metrostation - all in walking distance. Best tea I have ever tried was on that breakfast buffet. It is called „tearth“, sweet honey. Try it, trust me. Restaurant view is beautiful.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive over 1 week, too little variety from day to day. I did not like the laundry experience at all. Gigantic hotel - 2 washing/ drying machines. I went 5+ times and they were aways being used. People waited for 1/2h just to get their clothing washed… I ended up using a coin laundry nearby. The room was small. This is to be expected from Tokyo. In comparison - for the same price you get 3-4 more Square meters as in other hotels. Room could have used some designer decorations. It felt too plain.

I think this hotel is great for the price point and have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean and it’s in a convenient location close to Shinjuku station and a couple others. Nice rooms for the price. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and a nice view.

The rooms can differ across the same room type (in my case the economy room), which could be why the reviews are polarized. The first couple of times the room seemed newer and nicer with big vertical windows. The most recent time, the room had a smaller horizontal window and a lot of the floor space was taken up by a built-in couch, so it was harder to open luggage (but manageable).

It was a wonderful cosy room with a fantastic view (15th floor) towards central Tokyo. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the other amenities (bathroom, desk, fridge, kitchen) were exactly how I wanted them. Every day cleaners came and they made it spotless. As a bonus, the Sky Bar on the 13th floor was a great place to hang out and enjoy some drinks and an amazing view. For 2 weeks this was my perfect home away from home in Tokyo.

Nothing- everything was perfect

The hotel was close to where I needed to be (Waseda University); it is also close to a Kabukicho (red-light district), so if going out at night is your thing, you will enjoy it. I did not ever feel unsafe or anything and nothing is happening during the day there anyway, so if you travel with kids, it should not be a problem, IMO. Also, it was quiet (at least on the upper floors, where we stayed). I liked their breakfast a lot too - a nice mixture of Japanese and Western food.

We tried using their laundry facilities, and it was always occupied. we finally managed to do it at like 2 am, after waiting in line for an hour.

I specifically booked the superior double room because it was larger than most standard hotel rooms in Tokyo. It was worth it since two people could comfortably walk around the room while storing 2 carry-on sized luggage bags. There was also enough space for two people to sit and eat at the desk area. While this room would not be considered "large" by Western standards, the room provided a comfortable space to unwind during our 5 night stay. Overall, a great stay in a clean hotel and central location.

There were two laundry machines available, and unfortunately one did not work while we were there. We did our laundry at our next stay instead.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. I especially looooved the rooftop bar. Such a vibe up there, food available, endless amount of drinks and cocktails, smoking allowed, heating and blankets available for colder months and not as busy as you'd expect. Breakfast was unbelievable !!! Highlight of every day. The views are amazing, spacious rooms and staff were so kind.

- Loft style of the room was very convenient for 3 guests. The entire place was very clean, sleek, and modern. - The rooftop bar and restaurant had a great view and a chill vibe to end each night - The location was PERFECT with easy access to lawsons, 7/11, train stations, and restaurants

Bathroom: - sachets for soap and shampoo were difficult to use. Would prefer bottles. - semi-frosted window made it difficult for 3 friends to stay in the same room and shower in private Would be great to have more convenient transportation options to Narita Airport (1 hr away) or Tokyo station. The airport limousine advertised on their website was actually a bus that leaves from Shinjuku station (not from the hotel)

i love the proximity to three stations, the room was relatively small but it is already a good price compared to other hotels. The space was maximized and adequate. It was one of the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Room service is daily

They don't regularly refill the hotel amenities. A couple of times I have to go down the lobby to collect some of them. They would definitely avoid touching your personal effects so if you want your beddings replaced dont put anything on them when you leave.

The hotel is very well located in Shinjuku. Staff were great . I thought I would struggle with the language barrier but it was fine . The staff went out of there way to help . Got a good tip off the reviews I read before staying about the laundry around the corner from the hotel . The bar on the 13 th floor was great also with a view of the skyline. The only criticism I have of the stay was the breakfast was a lot more Asian than western cuisine.
