the breakfast buffet. The presentation of the hotel is spectacular, especially with the amount of plants. The bird’s singing every morning was lovely. the gym facilities was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel.

The room bathroom looked a bit tired & cheaply finished. The toilet roll holder that kept falling off, for example. But still had a good shower & facilities.

The hotel was great. Great facilities, it was clean and had everything you needed. It has a great location as well.

Firstly, we received a room which was horrible. The room was great, but the noise there was horrible. It was 2:00 am in the morning… After several talks and after refusing to pay more, we received another room in a „higher“ class, which wasn‘t really an „upgrade“ - it was just on a higher floor.

location was perfect to explore the city. the indoor garden and open plan nature of the property is very appealing. the views from the city view room on 15th floor was amazing and we could see part of the Singapore flyer from the balcony. pool area is great with views across the city. everywhere was clean and nice. overall really lovely hotel and would highly recommend it.

coffee at breakfast was watery. the temperature of the dining area can lead to breakfast becoming cold too quickly.

This place was so far above our expectation! Everything about this place is fantastic! If you are coming to Singapore do not hesitate and book here, you will not regret it. The food was delicious and a massive fresh range of selection for breakfast each morning. Location was perfect for us and we had no issues at all getting around even with our 4 month old baby and like I previously said the staff here made it even easier for us getting around! Before we had the chance to check in one of the hotel managers Nadia seen us traveling with our baby and came and introduced herself. She made sure our room was equipped with baby cot, thermal water heater for her formula feeding and lots of other things that made our stay so memorable as a 1st trip as a family flying London to Brisbane! But all staff deserve a big thank you from us!

Nothing, if you are not happy staying here you are the issue simple as that!

Halal food buffet and restaurant, strategic location, access to mall through lobby, excellent services from the concierge, housekeeping, laundry etc

The design of the hotel makes it takes a long time to go back and forth to the room. If you get the room that is far from the elevator, just ensure you dont miss a thing as they centralize all 6 elevators in the front area and it will take some time to walk. Also the design of the hotel with open space in the middle, with function room and restaurant allows you to hear the noises when they have event or party there.

A very beautiful, clean hotel with amazing staff. We had a signature room with view on the Marina Bay which was very nice, new and clean. Even with a smart TV with which we were able to watch Youtube videos. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. There are a lot of malls around where you can find everything you need. Two MRT stations, Esplanade and Promenade, are very close. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our drain in the shower was clogged unfortunately. So all the water gathered in the shower booth and when we opened the shower door, half the bathroom got flooded.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location, Marina bay. It is both connected to and next to several malls that cater for everyone. The aesthetic of the inside of this Hotel is stunning and breathtaking. The injection of nature inside this unassuming building is only matched by their sister Hotel in Pickering. We received an upgrade to a room with a Balcony which was overlooking the bay and the Marina bay sands which was beautiful. The room was ultra modern with a chromecast enabled TV and filtered water dispensers. The pool was lovely and bar was also nice.

Fabulous location, signature room provided a stunning view over Marina Bay. Spotlessly clean, staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Excellent location for MRT and shopping malls. Lots of eateries close by including a hawker market. This was second visit to the hotel, first week on holiday, second visit as my husband became unwell and was admitted to hospital. Customer service when it’s counts, a big shout out to Mogan and the team for ensuring I had everything I needed including phone charger and frequent taxi’s. Also Arista who WhatsApp me to ensure my room was extended as necessary without me having to explain the background. Staff regularly enquired on my husbands health. It made a nine day stay on my own in Singapore much more bearable .

Buffet breakfast although catered for every taste, it was very hectic, although tables outside of main breakfast area were quieter.

All the staff we came into contact with could not have done more for us. Our Urban suite was perfect and we really appreciated all the little touches, fresh flowers, box of chocolates, plenty of large bath towels, wonderful view over the swimming pool and some of the city skyline. In particular the staff in the Collection Club Lounge were superb tending to our every need even before we required it!

There was plenty of hanging space but no shelves, so had to leave our clothes in our suitcases.
