You shouldn't have to pay for parking with the room prices so high. Beds were comfortable but rooms need a little upgrading- larger TV's and bathroom needs attention. Downstairs was inviting and beautiful!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the amenities were on par. we had a lunch and dinner meal on site, which the entire family was quite happy with. The dinner was especially nice to be honest.

After two quality meals we decided to have breakfast there as well before heading out. It was rather poor. You always pay a premium for meals at a hotel but as lunch and dinner had been so good we were shocked at how terrible breakfast was. The wait staff didn’t even seem out off that the plates were basically full when they asked if we were done so perhaps this is a common reaction. Anyway, it was the one time we weren’t satisfied with having spent money there as $60 for uneaten food isn’t something I’d imagine anyone would be pleased with and we ended up stopping for a proper meal on our way home barely an hour after leaving.

The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating specifically to my needs. Matt was a pleasure and always met me with a smile. The beds are super comfortable also! The lobby area was spacious and clean. You can tell a well maintained hotel. I pay attention to little things and the infused water in the lobby was a great little touch to make us guest feel welcome.

The air was making a loud noise. It was working, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Also, the buffet breakfast could of been a little more organized and the food shouldn't be served cold.

The skyline circles of banking Stonehenge of BoA with illuminati on top draws energy from Duke underground and sprays the clouds with new world orders. My bank was wellsfargo and they also have five points near the city center. Brooklyn Village roadway allows swift ascension to Tryon street.

Another spray of helicopters around 2am woke me up as it was directed straight towards my room at the Dive bar level. They seem to drop political imaging that AI manufactured. Someone named SCALISE?

The Rooftop bar was nice and the RedSalt restaurant was fabulous! We enjoyed the lounge on our floor. Breakfast was great and the wait staff was always friendly and helpful! The hotel decor was nice and everything was clean.

The staff was not very friendly at check- in and we experienced several issues that required us to constantly go back to the front desk from a broken card reader on our door to not receiving our breakfast vouchers and they always seemed aggravated that we were there. The maintenance was by far the friendliest staff member we encountered during our stay. I realize they were often busy but being nice costs nothing, especially to customers that treat you with kindness and respect over issues that had to be dealt with.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Just a small hiccup at check in, but easily fixed

The bathroom was entirely too small When I checked in, the front gal was trying to give me a double room, but I had reserved a king. I expect to get what I reserve, especially when I book months in advance. I also didn't like smelling the Marijuana. It filled into the elevator and could smell it for hours.

I enjoyed every aspect except the wine in the lounge...I like sweet... but no worries, ice and gingerale at my fingertips was wonderful! I was in a bad place when I checked in, but Stephanie was at the right place at the right time. She was instrumental in making me feel welcomed and, in turn, making my stay so enjoyable. So much so that I am planning my birthday weekend stay- cation there Oct 6-9.

Having to pay to park

The hotel was in a great location, the lobby and amenities was very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. And the facility seemed to be clean overall.

We called and requested clean towels and wash clothes, they never brought them to our room. Also, our shower did not drain the water properly so, we were standing in water while we were showering. Also, one suggestion I have is that maybe parking should be free or less than $25 a night.

The bed was comfortable, the lobby was beautiful

My room face another hotel window so I had to keep the curtains closed, the parking arm did not lift for entry or exit with the room key as it should have I had to call for assistance each time, there was pee in the toilet and dried pee all over the toilet seat when I first got there, the bathrooms are very small, and no microwaves in the room but there’s a fridge

The location was perfect for visiting the Queen City.

Some staff need a bit more hospitality training , for example Chris on the front desk should learn to actually say hello or how to greet people when approached at the desk instead of having a "what do want " sort of attitude. I consider this to be more of an interpersonal skills or lack thereof issue and doesn't reflect the other front desk associates who seemed approachable and generally kind.
