The room was was relaxing. The staff was amazing. Special thanks to Maliek and Shashank for helping to make my birthday special. Thank you for the delicious cake. Also, thank you to Supan for your kindness. While there, I had an opportunity to eat at Ribs and Brews, and it was delicious! I had the veggie burger and fries. I also had a drink which was good too. Overall, my stay was great! I have a 12-hour delay in Dubai coming up soon and will probably book a room there again.

I ordered room service twice for breakfast. I am vegetarian and ordered the egg white omelet one day and then the eggs benedict another day. The food was mediocre, I probably wouldn't order it again. It was overpriced for what was offered. They gave me a hard time when I asked for extra hashbrowns in place of the meat since I didn't eat the bacon or sausage offered. Not sure why. Eventutally the lady agreed to give me an extra two hashbrowns (they are tiny, I had 3 with the extra two). More vegetarian options and/or flexibility with the menu for individuals with dietary restrictions would be helpful.

Great hotel and the room was very spacious with nice view, regular cleaning on daily basis. The swimming pools were also very warm and suitable for swimming of any age and at most of the time there was shade on certain parts which was great as otherwise it was very hot. The staff was nice and responsive. Thank you!

I was only missing a balcony but there were almost no such rooms in this hotel.

Loved nearly all of it.

Lights in the room were weird. Travelling with a small child who goes to bed earlyish, would be good to be able to have the reading light on when he went to bed but it was either a lamp (which was too bright) or nothing. A bit strange the reading lights are not separate to the master lights.

Nice food, locations and hotel facilities as expected

Facility at hotel were good but they had Tele marketing people belongs to company called Lifestyles vacation’ who were every where in hotel from reception to restaurants inside hotel who stopped us and we thought they were hotel staff but they asked us to visit them on level 37. They were there all of the time stopping guests to check if they were interested in their product. I found bit of annoyed as they appeared as hotel staff.

Assigned a room Floor 28 in a room apparently not used in a long time: mold on shower wall; room phone did not work; lunch too expensive; housekeeping very late during day in servicing room.

It has been our 3rd time at Hilton Al Habtoor City and we never want to leave the place. The variety of food selection meets our expectations. The stuff always did an excellent service. From Portier to cleaning stuff all of them treated us with kindness and respect. I love staying at Hilton Al Habtoor City because I even doubt to get this good service anywhere else. The atmosphere is very family friendly to be said. A great location and very central. Taxi is cheap if you choose the normal ones. We love everything about Habtoor City, outstanding!

Staff was exttemely rude acting like they were tired of me before I even opened my mouth. I had to do a PCR test and I went to the concierge desk to sort it out. Someone wrote my room number wrong and they literally told me to go instead of solving the problem. I had to insist a lot until they looked in the book for my name and found it really quickly after not wanting to look for it. Check in staff was also not helpful at all when asking any questions. Breakfast staff will not even look at you or tell you you can sit anywhere.

i 3 times paid payment, also I booked 4 rooms 1 day before coming when’s my friends Arrived 5:30pm reception but not allowed for check in my friends stayed in the lobby 4 h this experience was too much bad for us

The hotel is perfect. Breakfast every morning was well stocked and variety was on offer. Staff went above and beyond, we were celebrating a birthday and they went out their way to deliver cake to the room. I would highly recommend the shuttle service to the private beach at the Marina and Dubai Mall - very efficient and saves you a lot of money. Guests are offered discounts to some of the restaurants at the hotel which was amazing. Pool was lovely and spacious, visit after 10 am as it’s a bit shady in the morning. There is a sauna and steam room as well as an amazing gym which really impressed me! I would definitely come back to this Hilton!

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had a room with Burj Khalifa tower view and could enjoy the New Year countdown from our room. The room and facilities are pure perfection. Hotel provides access to the private beach and that was also one of the best highlights of our trip. Poolside is beautiful and has different options if you are traveling with kids.

When we checked in, somehow we got a different room from what I originally ordered online, but the incident was fixed immediately and we actually had the best stay ever. There is no one thing I wouldn’t like about this hotel. I enjoyed every second of our stay!!!
