John & Arabella are wonderful people, they are very kind, friendly, welcome you in the warmest way. Even though we arrived a bit late and were a bit surprised, they were still very happy. They know a lot about the area and when we had any questions they were able to answer them & we really appreciate that. A beautiful house with exquisite interior, the bathroom is also very clean and tidy, the bed and mattress are so comfortable, especially the view of Mullion Cove I have been admiring for the past few days from the bedroom, sitting down with a cup of hot tea in hand and looking at the wind blowing, the raindrops gently falling, is like a medicine that will heal any soul. Before that, I had booked a room at the Housel Bay hotel to see the Lighthouse at Lizard Point, but it was so disappointed in everything & we left the hotel straight away after. We feel so lucky to have found this place, everything is better than what we expected. If you fancy a special and private breakfast, along with a beautiful view to take in while you eat, come here. We sought peace and closeness to nature - and here we got it. We will definitely come back when we visit Cornwall again. Once again I want to send my most sincere thanks to our hosts, they made our vacation more complete and meaningful.

As soon as we arrived at this property it had a warm feeling! Everything about the stay was just excellent. We were greeted by John & Arabella and they both made us feel right at home. Our room was very clean with tea, coffee, toiletry’s supplied. The view from the room was stunning & it really does make every penny worth it. We had breakfast on the morning which was also fabulous and lots to choose from. Yoghurt, fruit, cereal & a full English breakfast. Along with tea, coffee & orange juice. We would 100% be returning in the future and recommend this accommodation, it makes a huge different to staying in a b&b when the people are so so lovely. We really did feel like we went from a home to a home. Thank you so much for our stay 😃

We didn’t like that we had to Come home as we really would have loved a longer stay!

John and Arabella were attentive hosts and wanted to do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely touches such as real local milk in the room for tea and coffee along with water. Beautiful views from large picture window. Very quiet location and quiet in the accommodation. Room was very large with good sized en-suite and shower and very comfortable. We were hiking the coastal path and the property was in a perfect location. We would highly recommend a stay there.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

A little slice of heaven between the sky and the sea. The view from the large glass wall is magic: the beautiful blooming garden descending toward the the lovely cove. The room is large and very comfortable, with pretty furniture: you can feel that every single object in the house has been carefully chosen to create the peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Arabella and John are the best hosts, warm and friendly and generous, and there tips about things to do and see or places to eat are unmissable. The home-made, huge breakfast is a treat.

Arabella and John are absolutely lovely, welcoming and generous hosts who have created an exquisite, peaceful and cosy retreat. The room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the view of Mullion Cove from the window is truly stunning. Arabella and John were delightful and easy to talk with and offered fabulous tips about what to do and where to eat in the local area. Would definitely stay again and will highly recommend to others.

Everything was perfect.

Location of the bnb was perfect for the wedding we were attending at the pollurian. The owners couldn’t do enough and were absolutely lovely. We had the sea view room and the view from the room is amazing. The room was a good size, loads of room and a comfy bed. They even dropped us off for the wedding. Breakfast was spot on. Overall Perfect

Room could’ve done with a tv but you there’s a guest room where’s there’s a tele if you need it.

Our hosts could not have been nicer. They were so welcoming and immediately made us feel at ease. By the time we left we felt as though they were long time friends rather than just owners of a place we stayed. The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view from our large room of Mullion Cove in the distance and the pretty garden. There were no stairs to climb to our room which made it very easy to take in our luggage. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was a breeze.

There wasn't one thing we could find to complain about. Trerhose was perfect for us.

Booked it for my parents while brother and I stayed in Mullion village (would have loved to stay also but only one room available). Greeted by delightful hosts who were very welcoming and accommodating, not only for my parents throughout but extended also to my brother and I who made occasional appearance to collect them for sightseeing. Even as a non-paying guest I was made to feel very welcome, offered tea and breakfast (politely declined as we'd already eaten in Mullion village). But especially accommodating, in that the hosts John and Arabella were happy to oblige as we brought a take away from the village to bring for our evening meal, and they had no issues providing plates and cutlery and lovely dining table with a view of the harbour. (Food options for those arriving late to the Mullion area are limited so this solution was a real saving grace). What more can I say, my parents were utterly thrilled with their hosts, their relaxing home and beautiful garden and surroundings. Many thanks, would love to visit there again.

Excellent location, not far down a couple of footpaths to Mullion Cove, an excellent sunset spot and access to the coastal path. Friendly and helpful hosts, and tasty breakfast, and wonderful views from the breakfast room over the garden and down to the cove. Parking on site.

No problems for me, enjoyed my stay and would happily return. For others who may have other preferences, no tv in my room, but tv available in common room. Breakfast may be served alongside other guests at the same table, which may be awkward for more introverted personalities.

Perfect location for walking the costal path. Arabella and John, our hosts, were so welcoming and accommodating, they even gave us a lift to the pub when it was raining. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of Mullion Cove. Breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely recommend the B&B and will return.
